More calm and at ease with things as they are.
Welcome my friends.
You're tuned in to OMHAKU.
I'm your host,
Ma Moon,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Relax,
Let go,
Come back.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Bored,
Perhaps even joyous,
Peaceful,
Loving,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever your feeling is A-OK,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our awareness,
To our trust in the unfolding of life.
That said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like,
Allowing the mind to be active,
Busy,
Allowing the mind to roam,
Allowing your emotions,
Your energy,
Your focus to be as it is.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the stomach,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes,
Taking a deep breath in.
I want you to visualize your heart opening,
Becoming more expansive,
Receptive,
Spacious.
Breathing up the spine,
All the way to the top of the head,
And hold.
Becoming aware as you hold that breath,
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
And exhale.
Becoming present as you breathe in,
Hold,
And exhale.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
So happy you joined me today.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Softening the face,
The jaw,
Softening all the muscles in your face,
Just letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let the mind think.
Body,
Taking a deep breath in.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Becoming aware of awareness.
Becoming aware of love that you already have inside.
The color for today is purple,
The number is 21,
And the animal is a tree frog.
I thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Being aware of things as they are,
Without projecting onto them.
It's so easy to become pessimistic about things happening in the world,
Or happening in our day-to-day life.
And I don't know if the answer is to become blindly optimistic,
But to be somewhere in the middle.
Where you're not pessimistic,
And you're not overly optimistic.
But just seeing things as they are,
Allowing things their space,
Being more neutral with life.
It sounds almost not attractive,
As if nothing exists in that neutral state.
But that neutralness actually allows for a lot of energy to be harnessed.
When we're pessimistic,
It's draining.
And when we're overly optimistic,
It's also draining in a different type of way.
So being more neutral,
Not getting too high,
Too low.
We retain our energy,
And we learn how to become more calm and at ease with things as they are.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with Lef.
