Overwhelmed,
Experiencing boredom,
Restlessness,
Loneliness,
Perhaps even joyfulness.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the belly.
As you look in,
Way to stay with it my friend.
So happy you would join me today.
Feeling the rhythm of your heartbeat,
In the exhale relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the mind.
As you take a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
The color for today is indigo,
The number is 00,
And the animal is a falcon.

Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
And awareness.
Being aware even in times of discomfort,
Agitation,
Irritability,
Negativity.
That's when awareness can actually help us to not act on these passing clouds.
That they have their own beauty,
Their own purpose,
But they are just clouds in the sense that they pass.
They're not concrete,
They're not forever,
They're just passing by.
And if we're not aware,
We can get very caught in their movement,
Overwhelmed.
So this meditation is such a beautiful practice that when we're in our day,
Feeling agitated,
Upset,
Angry,
Anxious.
We can know that this too shall pass,
That just breathe,
Relax,
And allow it to do its thing.
