Perfection can be somewhat robotic and that's the beauty of humans is that we're not robotic.
Welcome back my friend.
You're tuned in to OMHAKU.
I'm your host,
Maamun.
Back with another music meditation.
Just to soothe.
Just to relax.
Just to chill out.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend.
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever you like.
Beginning to listen with your whole body,
With your heart.
Feeling your energy,
Your body temperature,
The inner movements,
The inner stillness,
The inner spaciousness,
The inner clutter.
All is welcome.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the chest,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet.
As you breathe in gently.
And exhale the sigh.
Breathing in love.
Feeling love spread through the body and mind.
Melting away fear,
Anger,
Melting away resentments,
Insecurities.
Simply dissolving in the love and the light that is already inside.
Breathing in slower and softer.
And exhale even slower,
Even softer.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale,
Understanding patience.
Softening your whole being,
Opening like a flower in the sun.
Feeling your inner fragrance,
Your inner color,
Your inner aliveness as you breathe in.
Allow the mind total freedom.
To think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Natural for the mind to drift.
Drifting back into awareness as you breathe in through the nose.
Coming back to patience.
Forgiveness.
Kindness.
Reminding your heart to be open.
You live to see another day,
It won't always be that way.
So enjoy your day,
Enjoy the little things.
Letting go of seriousness,
Heaviness.
Coming back to lightness,
Playfulness.
As you breathe in through the nose.
The color for today.
Are you ready for it?
The color for today is beige.
The number is one billion.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Compassion for the mistakes,
For not being perfect.
You know that perfection can be somewhat robotic.
And that's the beauty of humans,
Is that we're not robotic.
That we're not just purely mechanical.
That we can make mistakes,
That we can get emotional,
That we can get scared.
All of this adds beauty to our experience.
If you really just ponder or contemplate our imperfections,
Our flaws.
All of these things can bring a lot of magic,
A lot of flavor,
A lot of layers to being human.
That is really significant.
So allowing mistakes,
Allowing yourself not to be perfect.
And seeing,
Inquiring into if that's actually more beautiful than if you were just absolutely perfect,
Never made mistakes,
Never got afraid,
Never got angry.
Just consider the full spectrum that you can feel and go through.
And consider how this is very special.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
