Perhaps you've been feeling challenged by life,
Bored,
Restless,
Anxious,
Feeling lack in levitation,
Experiencing loneliness,
Feeling confusion,
Anger,
Resentment,
Negativity,
Inner criticism,
Shame,
Self-hate,
Self-doubt,
Perhaps even joyfulness,
Love,
Peacefulness,
Harmony,
Intuition,
Playfulness,
Groundedness,
Gratitude,
Or something in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of the pain and come back to fit in the unfolding of life,
In the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
My friend,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing,
Welcoming your mind,
Your emotion,
Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
And exhaling old life,
Old energy.
Breathing into the belly,
Breathing in,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Breathing in trust,
Exhale,
Letting go of future worries.
Breathing in acceptance,
And exhale,
Letting go of the criticism.
Breathing in harmony,
Breathing in harmonious energy,
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner conflict.
Breathing in faith in yourself,
And exhale,
Faith in others.
Breathing in love,
Letting go of stress.
As you breathe in love,
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing in,
And exhale,
Letting go.
Every cell in the body,
Breathing in,
And every cell in the body,
Exhale,
Letting go,
And exhale,
Even slower,
Even softer.
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the palms of your hands,
Feeling the stillness of the ground underneath you.
Feeling more grounded,
More centered,
More rooted in this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's been before.
Becoming aware of your presence as you breathe in.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Let go.
Aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're sat as you take a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Freeing the mind to do whatever it wants to do while you simply witness and welcome its movement.
Thoughts,
Taking a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Welcoming the thought.
Saying love your way.
Keep going,
Keep believing in yourself.
Remember that you're always growing,
Always evolving,
Learning,
Relaxing the belly,
Opening the heart.
Let's take one last deep breath for now.

And the animal is a zebra.

One of the most challenging parts about being creative is not being too neurotic or perfectionalistic.
Life isn't perfectionalism.
It's more like something total and something vast that we can immerse into,
But it's not perfect,
And we don't want it to be perfect.
There's a beauty to all of the different shades and colors and the light,
The darkness,
The happiness,
The sadness.
Making mistakes in our creativity actually humanizes our creations,
And it makes it somehow even more precious.
You can imagine in the future that AI and technology can reproduce music or even something like this,
These guided meditations.
So I tell myself,
If I make a mistake,
That's awesome,
That's beautiful,
That's my humanity coming through in the creation,
And that's how I'm able to overcome the perfectionalism,
The being neurotic about,
Oh,
It wasn't good,
Or getting overly critical,
Just embracing its flaws,
Embracing the mistakes that I make.
And that actually makes the whole creative process a lot more fun.
