You've been feeling stress,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Irritable,
Negative,
Critical,
Lonely,
Feeling overwhelmed with work,
Feeling a lack of motivation,
Lack of clarity,
A lack of inspiration,
Experiencing anger,
Fear,
Self-hatred,
Self-doubt,
Perhaps even joyfulness.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our life,
Feeling the preciousness of our life,
Feeling the preciousness of this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's ever been.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
Becoming aware of how you're set,
You can gently close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into your inner space,
Relaxing the stomach,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Letting go of the past,
Letting go of the future,
As you take a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,
And a deep breath in,
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
And exhale,
Letting go.
Every cell in the body,
Breathing in,
And every cell in the body,
Breathing out,
Breathing in trust,
And exhale,
Letting go of worries,
Letting go of fear,
As you breathe in compassion,
And exhale with awareness.
Doing good my friend,
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture,
Aware of your body,
As you breathe in,
And breathe out,
Letting go of stress,
As you breathe in patience,
And exhale,
Letting go of restlessness,
Simply relaxing into your body,
As you breathe in,
And breathe out,
And breathe in,
And breathe out,
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,
Breathing in harmony,
Exhale,
Letting go of the inner conflict,
Letting go of the inner criticism,
As you take a deep breath in,
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the jaw,
Letting go of all the tension in the face,
As you look inwards,
Witnessing and welcoming yourself,
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your presence,
As you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Letting go,
And for a few moments,
Bringing all your attention inwards,
Observing your inner world very gently,
And letting go of thoughts,
Going back into the body,
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,
Breathing into the nose,
And exhaling out the mouth,
Breathing into the nose,
Exhaling out the mouth,
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the mind,
Allowing the mind to unwind,
As you take one last deep breath for now,
The color for today,
Is night blue,
The number is 2002,
And the animal,
The animal for today,
Is a baboon,

Being creative,
Is really a gift,
Staying creative means thinking outside of the box,
Thinking beyond the normal solutions that you allow for yourself,
And seeing that perhaps there's new solutions that you can start bringing into the picture,
That can be scary,
To be creative is vulnerable,
It feels exposing sometimes,
But it's better than just distracting yourself with whatever,
Take what you feel,
Take what you think,
And put it into something creative,
To alchemize that energy,
