Good morning,
This short morning meditation is designed to give you a few moments to rest,
Rebalance and revitalize with feelings of belief and confidence to do what you need to do in your life.
So before we begin,
Find yourself somewhere comfortable to be.
You could be sitting on a meditation cushion or in a chair.
Somewhere you can sit nice and straight but still allowing your body to be relaxed and natural.
Settling into your seat and gradually bringing your awareness in to notice the feelings and sensations of your breath in your body.
Notice how the air comes in and out of your nostrils and throat and the feelings and sensations of your belly,
Lungs and ribs rising and falling as you breathe.
Just noticing what you notice and letting it be as it is.
Gradually allowing yourself to settle and relax.
As you rest there,
Bring up a situation in your life of something you'd like to get done.
Something where you'd like to succeed or flourish in or cultivate.
And then as you gently hold that in your awareness,
Slow your breath down and lengthen it out a little.
As you breathe in,
You breathe in energizing,
Revitalizing energy that comes in through your nose,
Fills your lungs and fills every cell in your body with this energy.
So as you breathe in,
You breathe in this revitalizing energy and as you breathe out,
It fills your whole body with invigorating energy.
As you take a deep breath in,
You could imagine the energy almost glistening with vitality and it comes through your nose,
It fills your lungs and then fills every atom in your being.
As your body fills with this revitalizing energy,
Let yourself believe that you can do whatever it is that you need to do.
Imagine that you have already accomplished what it is you want to do.
Notice how that feels in the body and rest with that feeling for a while.
Still breathing in the invigorating energy and letting it fill your whole being with feelings of belief,
Motivation and confidence to do what you need to do.
Believe you can do it because you can.
So as this meditation comes towards an end,
Go out into your day with confidence,
Courage and filled with this glistening revitalizing energy to do what you need to do.
