So begin by settling into your bed,
Allow your body to feel fully supported by the soft ground of the mattress beneath you,
Let your arms and legs grow heavy,
Melting into the mattress,
There's nothing you need to do,
Nowhere you need to be,
Just resting here.
Take a slow deep breath in and let a gentle sigh release from your mouth,
Letting go of the day or any expectations,
Allowing your body and mind to arrive here now with the soothing sounds of the bowls,
There is nothing to chase,
Nothing to hold on to,
Simply let the sounds come to you,
Notice how they move and change,
Flowing like ripples across the surface of water,
Let their vibrations soften your nervous system,
Guiding your breath to become slower and more natural,
Perhaps you feel the sound in your chest,
In your belly or as a gentle wave through your whole body,
Each note,
Each vibration,
Loosening,
Softening,
Releasing,
Allow the frequencies to flow around you and through you,
Like a gentle river that is always moving,
Always changing,
There is no need to hold or control it,
Just let it carry you and within the sound,
