Ayurveda Namaskara We come with our maladies,
Our sufferings,
Our imbalances,
Our confusions,
Our imperfections,
Our vulnerabilities,
Our tongues tied or voices clamoring,
Our requests and needs written on our tongues,
In our eyes,
On our hands,
In our pulse,
And you,
Wise and compassionate one,
Listen.
You watch,
Observing every nuance.
Ayurveda,
All-encompassing one,
Traveling thousands of years to reach us,
You teach us with your science and your art,
Bringing together every subtle layer of our being with every facet of life's prism,
The complex permutations coming into focus in your methodical approach,
The elements,
Qualities,
And bodily tissues all considered,
And more.
Your ancient texts thick with remedies,
Individualized as a URL or IP address,
No two the same.
Each person,
Each situation,
As sacred and singular as this moment.
