Born of the Five Elements.
You made of the earth,
Your bones sturdy,
Your skeleton a well-designed architectural song.
May you walk this earth with grace.
You,
Made of water,
Divine plasma,
Blood,
Sweat,
Saliva,
Tears,
Sacred rivers within.
May you flow through this life in peace.
You,
Made of fire,
Flames of intelligence,
Passion,
Irritation,
Anger,
Awareness,
Speaking in tongues of light and heat.
May the alchemy of transformation keep the wick of your heart lit.
You,
Made of air,
Beautiful devotion of movement,
Duet of inhale,
Exhale,
Choreography of respiration.
May you move and breathe through each moment with faith.
You,
Made of ether,
Pockets hidden beneath the skin,
Singing spaciously between organs and cells.
May you embrace the pauses,
The gaps in life's ever-flowing song.
You,
Of the five elements,
Stable and firm,
Gliding and flowing.
You crackle and transform.
You breathe and move.
You pause and wait.
You,
Born of earth,
Water,
Fire,
Air,
Space,
In every molecule of your being,
In every thought that you think,
In every word that you say.
You are,
With sacredness,
With humility,
With possibility,
A universe of exquisite design.
