Hi there,

My little darlings.

Are you ready to wind down and get cozy in bed?

Well,

Let's start by standing up for a moment,

Just like those three little monkeys who love to jump on the bed.

Let's wiggle and giggle and shake out any last bits of energy.

Go ahead,

Jump and wiggle and let out some happy laughs.

Now let's start to settle down.

Gently sit down on your bed and take a big,

Deep breath in through your nose and slowly let it out through your mouth with a soft sigh.

I'll show you,

Like this.

Breathe in and sigh it out.

Let's do it again.

Breathe in and sigh it out.

It's time to get cozy.

Lie down in your bed,

Pull up your blankets and snuggle up with your favorite stuffed animal or blankie,

Whatever makes you feel extra comfy and safe.

Tonight,

We're going on a peaceful journey to help you drift off to sleep.

Let's take a few more deep breaths together.

Breathe in through your nose and out slowly through your mouth like you are blowing out birthday candles.

Now feel your toes getting soft and sleepy.

Then your legs,

Now your belly,

And your arms,

And even your little nose.

Everything is relaxing and you're feeling so calm and cozy.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes and imagine you're lying on a soft,

Fluffy cloud,

Floating high in the sky.

The cloud is warm and gentle and it's carrying you to the land of dreams.

Your cloud is taking you somewhere magical,

Where your dreams will be peaceful and happy.

Let yourself drift along with it,

Feeling lighter and sleepier with each breath.

As you float gently on your soft,

Fluffy cloud,

You find yourself gliding high above Sleepytown.

Let's count the houses below in Sleepytown to help us settle in.

Imagine them in your mind with your eyes closed.

What do the houses look like to you?

Are the houses big or small?

Are they pink and purple?

Are blue and brown?

Are they made of brick or stone?

Let's start counting together.

Two.

Below you see the twinkling lights of cozy houses and all the animals are snuggled up fast asleep.

There are playful monkeys now resting peacefully in the trees.

There are tails wrapped around branches to keep them safe.

Little puppies are curled up in their soft beds,

Dreaming of wagging tails and happy adventures.

Kittens are nestled close together,

Purring softly as they drift off to dreamland.

Everyone in Sleepytown is tucked in,

Cozy and safe,

Just like you.

Up here in dreamland,

Above Sleepytown,

We are all safe,

Loved,

And ready to drift away into sweet dreams.

Now with your eyes closed and your body relaxed,

You're cozy and comfy in bed.

Let yourself sink deeper into this peaceful feeling.

Sweet dreams are waiting for you,

My little darling.

It's time to drift off to sleep.

Good night,

My darling.

Sweet dreams.
