Transcript

Welcome to this meditation.

You may take it in any position that feels comfortable,

Allowing the spine to be straight so that the energy can flow and the body can feel open and easeful,

Allowing concentration on the energy and the feeling of the practice.

Once you've found that comfortable seat,

Allow a moment to simply sigh and let the body come into that restful shape.

Acknowledge this shape,

The foundation,

The core upon which your practice builds upon.

Allow the body to feel open,

Settled,

Connected to this time and place.

Call back all parts that are not currently present,

Asking that all parts be returned to the here and now,

In this moment,

Right here,

Right now,

And connect the energy downwards as though sending your tailbone anchoring into the earth,

At least two to three feet beneath the body,

If not deeper.

Allow the roots to ground down into the earth and bring awareness to the spinal column of central energy,

Allowing this central column to call back all energy,

All of what is you.

You can feel that energy in the centre of the body,

How does that feeling of the spine emanate energy?

It may ease the connection to notice the root of the spine at the tailbone and the top of the spine at the base of the skull,

And sense feel into that space of the spine between these two points,

Observe any spaces that seem harder in the spine to connect to and feel than others and just ask for the light to bring energy to those spaces in the spine that seem harder to feel.

And now sensing the crown of the head,

As though drawing the energy up through the crown of the head and opening it,

Receiving light from the sun and the stars.

Light pouring in through the crown of the head,

Allow this whole body to feel the light pouring down through the crown into the spine,

Allow that energy to root down into the earth,

Connecting above and below through this central column of the spine.

Feel the centredness of your being and aligned to the current truth within you and feel the beauty of your energy running through this central column and emanating outwards.

Sense your energy contained and centred,

Aligned and knowing its full radiance from this central column connected above and below.

So,

Not too challenging a situation where you are to speak your truth,

Maybe a 4 out of 10 in challenge and notice any change in your own energy as this situation comes to mind.

Observe the shifts of energy as the emotions and thoughts arise and allow them to rise and be present in your field.

Still aware of the central column,

The aligned energy and aware of the emotions and energy that they shift.

Allow both to be present simultaneously in your field of awareness.

Feel the energy of the emotion and the alignment both beside one another.

The alignment holding space for the emotions and energy of thoughts that arise.

Stay present with the alignment and the energy of the emotions and thoughts and observe if they shift at all over time.

If it feels appropriate,

Invite in love and kindness,

Allowing the energy of your aligned self to bring kindness to these emotions and thoughts.

Perhaps they are trying to take care of you.

And if you ask why or what they seek to take care of,

There may be a shift.

It may be appropriate to stay at this place,

Noticing the emotions and thoughts and exploring if kindness and love can embrace them.

And sometimes kindness and love stay sat beside the emotion.

And witnessing the feelings and thoughts as they flow.

If you feel comfortable to move to the next stage,

Inviting the energy and visual perhaps of the person or people,

The situation that it is that came to mind.

And observe how the energy and thoughts change with the presence of this person or people.

Observe the energy and thoughts and still present is the aligned center of self.

Aware of both the self and the shifts of being present with this other.

Allow the self energy to provide a space for the feelings and thoughts.

Perhaps the self energy,

Your aligned center,

Brings more light,

Energy or beauty around the feelings and thoughts.

A sense of holding or being beside the feelings or thoughts of the other.

And taking care of the aligned energy to be most uplifting and loving.

And allowing that energy to radiate the thoughts and feelings of being with the other.

You may observe that the other begins to shift.

Their energy begins to reflect the beauty and light that you are radiating.

The aligned energy within you.

The energy of the interaction between you.

And energy of the other.

Reflecting the energy that you are creating.

Allow your energy to create shifts through how it holds the emotions and thoughts.

The interactions between you.

Wrapping them in beauty.

Wrapping them in light.

Wrapping them in loving kindness.

Beginning to release.

Awareness of these energies,

The other and the situation.

And simply return back to the own central aligned energy of self.

Connected above and below.

Calling back any energy that is fragmented or left elsewhere.

To the here,

Present moment.

Feel your energy complete.

And observe if there is any greater radiance through your central column.

Radiating out through your being.

And gently releasing.

And full awareness of the energy body.

Bringing awareness to the physical body breathing in the shape.

And physical grounded structure of support of the body.

And allow the energy.

To softly sink into the cells.

And when that energy has sunk.

Into the formation of the cells of the body.

Begin to bring yourself back into your day and space.

Gently moving thumb across fingers.

Or wiggling the toes.

Taking a stretch or a hug of the body.

Maybe a squeeze to start to ground back into the physical self.

And when you're ready blinking the eyes open.

And gently acknowledging items.

Around the space where you are resting.

Bringing yourself back into this present moment.

And may you have a wonderful day.
