Naw Tha Lay Phaw

Naw Tha Lay Phaw, whose name means “cherry flower” in the Karen language, embodies the delicate strength and fleeting beauty that the blossom represents. Born and raised in Myanmar, a land marked by conflict yet rich in spiritual depth, she carries the heritage of the Karen people, a lineage deeply woven with nature, healing, and quiet wisdom. The daughter of a respected medicine woman, she was nurtured in compassion and gentle resilience, and later became a certified meditation teacher under Wolf Kinsmen. Through her practices of meditation and painting, Naw Tha Lay Phaw offers moments of stillness and reflection, a soft invitation to peace, both within and along the path ahead.
