This meditation is an invitation to return to the present moment. Through gentle awareness of the body, the breath, and the flute sounds, you’ll discover the spaciousness that is always here — like the sky holding the clouds. Nothing to fix, nothing to change, simply being. This practice helps you soften into stillness, rest in awareness, and carry presence with you into the flow of daily life. Welcome!

Let's take the next few minutes to sit and be here.

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to change.

Let's begin by simple breathing.

And just as you are,

Feel your body whenever you are sitting.

Notice how the chair or the ground hold you up.

You don't have to do anything about it.

Just feel the weight of your body resting.

Your feet on the ground.

Your hands resting whenever they are.

Notice any sensation.

Let your body upright.

Let your shoulders relax.

Let your jaw relax.

Let your eyes rest.

Bring your attention.

You don't need to change it.

Just feel it come in and go out.

You can feel your breath.

The chest or the belly.

You feel the cool air coming in and breathing out.

You are not your breath.

You are the space in which the breath and the move.

Just like the sky or the cloud.

You are the sky.

Notice any sounds around you.

Just like a wave.

You don't need to name them.

And just listen.

No need to reach for anything.

The world is just happening.

And you are simply here noticing it.

Can you hear the silence behind the songs?

The quiet that holds everything.

Whatever is here right now.

Let them be like they are floating down a stream.

You don't need to stop the stream.

You don't even need to understand it.

Just watch.

This moment is not a problem.

It's not something to fix.

It's just what is here.

Take a one more full breath in.

And slowly let it go.

Gently feed the room again.

Carry this day now with you.

Leave any emotion.

Leave any noise.

You.

Namaste.
