This beautiful session is ideal to perform from after dinner till late at night. (Headphones are a must) It's an amazing session from my course " Learn to breathe with me" If you feel guided to deepen your knowledge I highly recommend doing the course. This session is highly regulating for the Nervous System, it allows us to feel deeply safe and in alignment. We are going to inhale for 4, pause and exhale for 8, pause again, and then the cycle starts again. It's enough to do 5 min of it, but if you feel like staying till the end you won't regret it. Is best to lie down or to be in a semi-supine position. We are using the "complete breathing cycle" meaning we Inflate the diaphragm first, then the middle and upper chest, and we are making the "ocean sound" with our throat as I did tech you in the course.

This is the breathing exercise 4 by 8.

I suggest you to lie down or sit,

Fully relax your body,

Your neck,

Your jaw and let's prepare to inhale using the ocean sound.

We are entering our inner temple,

A space that we devote to heal and renew ourself.

This sacred space is always within you and accessing it is just you turning your focus inwards.

Now that you are ready,

Let's start to breathe following my guidance.

Simply try to exhale longer than the inhale and focus more on what is happening inside your body.

You are connecting deeply with all your emotions and sensations,

You are creating a safe space for them to emerge if is needed,

You are safe here,

You are divinely protected in here,

In here miracles are manifesting,

You move through life with ease and grace,

Everything is welcome,

Any emotion whether is high or low vibration,

In here it's welcome,

You are perfect,

You are worthy,

You are the entire universe,

Allow yourself just to bask in this energy,

Allow yourself just to be present,

You don't need anything right now,

Just to open and receive this healing energy,
