Welcome to Day 6 of our 21-Day Meditation Challenge for Weight Loss! Today’s session is all about tuning into your body’s signals. By learning to listen to what your body truly needs, you can make more mindful choices that support your health and well-being.

Welcome to day 6 of our 21 day meditation challenge for weight loss.

Today's session is all about tuning into your body's signal.

By learning to listen to what your body truly needs,

You can make more mindful choices that support your health and well-being.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either in a chair or on a cushion.

Allow your spine to be straight and relaxed,

And rest your hands gently on your knees or in your lap.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold the breath for a moment,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Repeat this two more times,

And each time feeling more relaxed and centered.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the natural rise and fall of your chest and abdomen as you breathe.

Let your breath be your anchor,

Bringing you into the present moment.

As you continue to breathe,

Begin to scan your body from head to toe.

Notice any areas of attention,

Discomfort,

Or even areas that feel particularly good.

There is no need to judge what you find,

Just observe with curiosity.

Now,

Focus on your body as a whole.

Ask yourself,

What does my body need right now?

It could be rest,

Nourishment,

Movement,

Or something else entirely.

Listen carefully to any signals your body is sending you.

As you breathe in,

Imagine drawing in what your body needs.

Whether it's energy,

Realization,

Or something else.

As you breathe out,

Release anything that isn't serving your body in this moment.

If your mind starts to wander,

Gently bring your focus back to your breath and the sensation in your body.

Continue to listen closely to what your body is telling you.

Now that you have tuned into your body's needs,

Take a moment to set an intention to honor those needs today.

It might be something like,

I will nourish my body with healthy food.

I will allow my body to rest when it needs to.

Silently repeat your intention to yourself and letting it resonate throughout your entire being.

Feeling this intention becoming a guiding principle for your actions today.

Take a final deep breath in.

Filling your body with the energy and commitment to honor its needs.

Exhale slowly and bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch if you need to.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and feeling connected to your body and ready to carry your intention into the day.

Thank yourself for taking this time to listen to your body and set a positive intention.

I look forward to continuing this journey with you tomorrow for day 7.
