Relationship Releasing Meditation.
Embracing freedom and peace.
Begin by finding a comfortable place to sit.
Whether it's on a cushion,
A chair,
Or even on the floor.
Let this space be a sanctuary for the next few moments.
Close your eyes and allow yourself to be present.
Today we will journey through the process of letting go and embracing newfound freedom in our hearts.
Start by taking deep breaths.
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth.
With each inhale,
Just join in peace and clarity.
With each exhale,
Release tension,
Anxiety,
And any lingering thoughts of past relationships.
Without judgment,
Allow yourself to acknowledge how you feel about the relationships you wish to release.
Recognize any pain,
Regrets,
Or memories that arise.
It's okay to feel these emotions are part of your healing process.
Silently repeat the following affirmation to yourself.
I am choosing understanding over judgment.
I embracing compassion over bitterness.
Every experience has contributed to my growth.
Feel a wave of a compassion washing over you.
Replacing any judgment or resentment.
Visualize the person or relationship you wish to release.
Imagine both of you standing opposite each other.
A gentle stream flowing between you two with love and understanding in your eyes.
Mentally convey gratitude for the lessons learned.
Now see a bridge appear over the stream.
Walk over it knowing that as you are crossed,
You are moving towards newfound freedom and individual paths.
With the past relationship behind you,
Envision a bright open path ahead.
Feel the warmth of the Sun on your face and the lightness in your heart.
Silently affirm to yourself,
I am open to new beginnings.
I am free to be me.
I cherish this freedom and peace in my heart.
Gently bring your awareness back to your breathing.
Feel the sense of lightness and openness within you.
Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes grounding yourself back in the present moment.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Carrying with you the feelings of peace,
Compassion and freedom.
Remember every ending is also a new beginning.
By releasing past relationship with love and gratitude,
We make space for new adventures,
Deeper understanding and true self-expression.
