Let's affirm our self-love and acceptance with today's mantra.

Feel free to repeat after me,

Embracing each word with kindness and warmth.

I am worthy of love and respect.

I embrace myself,

Flaws and all.

I am in love just as I am.

My journey is unique and valuable.

As you carry this mantra with you today,

Let it be a gentle reminder to treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you offer to others.

You are a beautiful work in progress,

Deserving of your own love and compassion.

Let's place our hands over our hearts,

Feeling the warmth of our own love.

Breathe in self-acceptance.
