After being guided to observe what it feels like to be present in your body, you’ll move into an observation of a future version of yourself. Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.

This meditation is intended to be used while walking.

I invite you to begin walking at a pace that feels right for you.

Bring your awareness into your legs and lower body.

Notice what it feels like to be inside your body and walking at the same time.

How are your legs feeling?

How does it feel when your feet hit the pavement?

Is there a sensation that you can notice on the bottom of your feet?

Bring your awareness to your chest and torso.

Continue to observe what it feels like to be inside your body while you're walking.

Is this how it always feels when you walk?

Or does this feel different?

No judgment,

Just observing.

Noticing your breath.

Observing how it comes in and out.

Is there a quality to your breathing?

Envision your future self.

Maybe this is a version of yourself that you're aspiring to become.

And just notice,

What do they look like?

How do they carry themselves?

How do they feel?

What choices have they made to get to where they are now?

Notice how they felt with each choice they made.

Maybe you can see the steps that got them to this point in time.

Envision yourself as this future version of yourself.

Imagine that you're walking as this future version of yourself.

How are you feeling as you walk?

Are you feeling empowered or confident?

How is your body carrying itself?

How are you feeling at this point in your life?

Having gratitude for yourself for getting here.

Having a great love for yourself.

What do you observe as you walk as this version of yourself?

Do you sense nature differently?

What is your mindset in this state of being?

What if you carried this energy with you every day?

Is there a decision that you can make today to be more like this future version of yourself?

Can you open your heart a little more?

Can you have more compassion for yourself and others?

Imagine what the world would be like if we all lived in this state.

If we all showed up as more evolved versions of ourselves.

With more love,

Peace,

And compassion.

What would the world look like if we all did this?

Hold this vision for a better tomorrow.

And know that this is possible if you continue to hold this energy.

May you continue walking at this pace.

Holding this energy frequency with you.
