The true reality is that we are all one.
And everything that happens is happening for us.
People come into our lives so that we can see ourselves more clearly.
If we're open to it,
Our nervous system is meant to be calm and alert most of the time.
When we're in danger,
Our nervous system becomes more ready to fight,
To flee or freeze.
Things happen,
We respond.
And then,
Our nervous system is required to come back to peace and calm so that we can function in the world.
Yet,
All too often,
Things happen to us repeatedly as children that cause us to have a hypervigilant resting state of our nervous system.
Sometimes,
We didn't feel safe at home,
Or we didn't get to process our hurts because our parents weren't emotionally there for us.
And then,
As adults,
We show up having anger,
Getting easily triggered,
And not knowing how to navigate and calm ourselves and then reset our nervous system.
Some of us have had things happen to us that caused us to feel very stressed out as children.
And it could be also our mind,
Our thoughts.
We create thoughts that can help us to calm and transform our emotions and process them or sometimes we create thoughts that cause us to feel more stifled,
Blocked,
Overwhelmed.
A lot of what we're perceiving is based on our thoughts,
Our choice of thoughts.
We can choose to believe that we can get through anything.
We can choose to be grateful for everything that's happening.
We can choose to also appreciate what's happening.
And we can have this faith that there's this divine source creator,
This creative life force energy that created us,
That loves us.
We can choose to accept that our parents,
Our caregivers,
When we were children,
Were perfectly there,
Exactly as they were,
So that we could become who we are and grow.
And sometimes we have all these challenges happen as fertilizer for us to grow and to learn and to reorient back to love.
We have a hormone of love and we have a hormone of stress.
The nervous system can be calm and alert or in a state of fight or flight or freeze,
Emergency.
And we need to be having both of these so that we can operate depending on what's happening.
Ideally,
Of course,
Our nervous system,
We wish for it to be feeling safe,
Feeling supported,
Feeling calm,
So that we can learn,
So that we can grow,
So that we can receive the wisdom from whatever it is that we have experienced and so that we can also gain knowledge and understanding.
The first goal in transformation is to feel safe and supported in the body and to feel safe and supported by a higher power.
It actually calms our nervous system to believe that we feel safe and that there is a higher power that loves us,
That is here for us.
Wherever you are right now,
Allow yourself to lean back,
Whether you lay down or lean back on your couch or lay down on your bed or lay down on the grass and allow yourself to feel the support of the higher power.
The support of Mother Earth who is always there for us and the support of nature.
Nature is always there for us,
Giving us oxygen.
When we go outside,
Sometimes we hear certain animals come to us,
Certain sounds,
Sometimes the wind changes because we're out there or the sound of the water if you're at the beach or at the bay.
Everything is conspiring for us to heal,
To transform,
To deepen our capacity to love.
And if we see through those eyes,
If we perceive like that,
Then we will grow.
Practice throughout the day feeling safe,
Asking yourself,
How can I feel more safe right now?
How can I feel more supported right now?
And thank you,
Creator,
For supporting me.
Thank you,
Mother Earth.
Thank you to my ancestors.
Thank you to all my angels and all my guides,
My loving assistants in the unseen world.
If your parents have transitioned or some loved ones,
They're always with us and we can also lean on their support.
Please know that you're never alone.
You are significant.
You are so loved.
And you matter.
Your feelings matter.
Your safety matters.
Let's make that our focus,
Our priority,
And choose to live in a way that we are honoring our feelings,
Our true heart's desires.
Feeling safe,
Feeling supported.
We are the ones cultivating this and choosing to feel safe and supported.
It's a choice.
Am I bringing myself in spaces that are aligned to my heart and soul,
My true heart's desires,
That allow me to feel safe and supported?
Notice what arises.
It's very important for us to be advocates for ourselves and to ask for what we desire so that we can live aligned to the truth,
Our true essence,
Our authentic being within us.
And this takes practice.
I invite you to place your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your abdomen,
Ideally underneath your clothes.
Feel the skin of your chest and abdomen.
Close your eyes.
Inhale deeply and feel the expansion.
Expansion is love.
Let's inhale together now through our nose and then exhale through our mouth with a sigh or a sound ah.
Together now,
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale ah.
Inhale,
Follow me.
Exhale,
Ah.
Inhale through the nose.
And hold your breath there at the top of that inhalation.
Pause.
Hold it.
When you can't hold any anymore,
Allow the exhalation.
It just happens.
Ah.
Inhale with me now.
You're doing great.
Pause at the top of that inhalation.
Hold it with minimal effort.
Feel the expansion.
Feel the pause.
Exhale.
Ah.
Let go of doing anything now.
Allow yourself to simply lay here,
Allowing the breath to be spontaneous and automatic.
Witness how you're breathing right now.
Accept it.
Embrace it.
It's happening.
Observe it.
Allow your eyes to remain closed.
Witness the rising and falling,
The automaticity of your breath,
The spontaneity of it.
Allow it to happen.
Allow all the noises.
Allow all the sensations.
Notice if this is comfortable for you.
Or are there thoughts arising?
Allow yourself to witness your thoughts right now as they arise and accept them.
Allow them.
Watch them like a movie.
Inhale to bring yourself back into the present moment.
Inhale slow.
Regardless of what thoughts arise,
You are in command of what you're choosing to experience and focus on.
Do I make my breath focus a priority throughout my day to calm my mind and body and nervous system?
Or do I allow myself to be driven by my thoughts unconsciously?
Notice where you are.
Am I choosing to calm and reset my nervous system,
Feeling safe and supported throughout my day?
Or do I allow myself to get caught up in my thoughts which cause me to feel nervous and anxious?
Notice what arises.
And do I have an opinion about myself,
A perception of myself because of the way that I think consciously or unconsciously?
Wherever you are,
There you are.
This audio was designed to support us to become aware.
Awareness is empowerment.
When we become conscious of our thoughts,
We can then default,
Reset,
Reorient ourselves back to love,
Acceptance,
Compassion,
Appreciation,
Gratitude.
Notice moment by moment your thoughts throughout the day.
Am I creating thoughts that are supporting me in my goals for the day?
Or are my thoughts causing me to feel afraid,
Insecure,
Disempowered,
Tense,
Unsupported,
Fearful?
Are my thoughts that I'm choosing conscious?
Or am I choosing thoughts unconsciously based on my past?
Feel yourself open with compassionate inquiry.
Being curious and becoming more self-aware with acceptance,
Love,
And kindness.
Inviting yourself to know more,
Nurturing,
Tenderness.
Inviting it now.
Placing your hand over your heart and caress your heart,
Your chest,
Your abdomen with your hands,
Your palms.
I choose to give myself a touch of love.
I choose to caress and nurture my heart,
My chest,
My abdomen now and to feel everything that's there.
We hold memories in our tissues and many of us are holding for years and have not learned how to simply be the witness and allow sensations to arise.
For many different reasons this happens.
This audio is a way for us to begin to shine light.
Let yourself know I'm here for you.
Give yourself a hug.
I'm here for you.
Tell yourself it's okay.
I love you.
I'm here for you now.
Your feelings matter.

Give yourself a squeeze and feel that love with ease within you.

Imagine if God created our source universe,
Mother Earth could hug you.
Mother Earth makes oxygen for us to breathe.
The trees,
The grass,
It's constantly giving to us.
Allow yourself to feel so grateful.
Feel that love of Earth.

Creative life force energy,
Creator,
Source.
Feel that you were created on purpose.
You are here on purpose.
You are significant.
Give yourself tender hug,
Loving hug,
Regardless of what's happened in the past,
Regardless of what you believe about yourself.
Choose love.
Choose to be love in this moment.

Acceptance.

I choose to be open to a deeper sense of knowing love within me now.
I choose to be open to unexpected expansions of love within me.
Of patience and kindness within me now.
And breathe that in.
Our thoughts create our reality.
Our thoughts become beliefs and programs.
And we're here now to reprogram back to love.
To reorient ourselves back to flow and ease.
To thrive.
To feel safe and supported.
And to allow ourselves to feel all our sensations.
And to accept and be open to accepting all of our sensations.
And to feel that they all matter.
We're repatterning,
Reprogramming,
Reconnecting,
Remembering ourselves.
I invite you now to touch your whole body.
To caress over your legs.
Slide your hands down your legs.
All the way down.
Down past your knees,
Your shins,
Your feet.
And with your eyes closed,
Feel your body.
This is my body.
This is the house of my soul.
My essence.
When we breathe in deeply,
We get to feel more.
And enliven and animate and energize our body temple.
Keep on touching.
Feeling loving to those areas.
All the areas of your body.
I choose to be loving.
I choose to be accepting and kind to all my parts.
Physically.
Some of us are holding shame and guilt,
Anger,
Sadness,
Rage.
Some of us are holding resentment.
To heal means to become whole.
I choose to be open to feeling all the unprocessed emotions that I've been holding for years.
And maybe even holding from in utero.
Carrying from my ancestors.
I choose to feel and flow and allow everything to come up and out easily and effortlessly.
I choose to heal.
I choose to feel with love and acceptance.
And when shame comes up,
I breathe in and I breathe out.
And I allow all these emotions and energies to come up and out.
To rise up like steam from boiling water.
Your breath will help you.
It starts here.
And as you hear this audio,
Notice,
Do I feel this is true for me?
Do I genuinely feel that it's okay for me to allow all my emotions to come up?
In your subconscious mind,
There might be a part of you that's like,
No.
That wasn't allowed at my home.
My parents would actually tell me,
Shut up.
Be quiet.
Stop crying.
And so as you listen to this audio,
My voice is calm.
I'm able to do all these things that I'm sharing consciously.
But this is what's coming in unconsciously to share in this audio.
Some people will have discomfort in hearing all of this because that's not how they were raised.
And many of the world is living numbed out.
Dissociated.
Numbing ourselves out of feeling emotions because that's how we were in childhood.
And so a choice.
It's a choice away what you do with your life.
To continue to live in these patterns that were perfectly placed there so that you could be here right now and overcome this right now.
If you choose to.
And it's your choice where you are on your own journey.
Know that your body's ready for you every single moment to transform and heal.
Your soul's also ready every single moment.
It's our ego mind,
The identity of who we think we are,
That keeps us perfectly suppressed.
And so it's our journey to overcome that.
To overcome ourselves.
To allow the soul to be more present in us.
And that can happen more when you inhale deeply.
The soul can be felt more when we inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
And this is why I created the E3 breath.
If you're ready to keep going and allow yourself to overcome yourself and to transform yourself and transform lower vibration emotions,
I invite you to open up your body now.
Spread your arms and legs.
Lay down on the floor or on your bed or on the grass and open yourself and say,

And choose to have a burning desire to overcome.

Which is our own thoughts,
Our own programs.
We had to protect ourselves.
We had to dissociate.
We had to cope.
So you can say,
Of course I did all that.
Of course I did.
And take a moment to thank the little you,
The younger you.
Thank you.
Speak to your inner child and feel grateful for all that you held and froze and had to,
To cope with whatever it is that happened to you in your life.
This is how we cultivate compassion,
Acceptance,
Patience.
Nothing was wrong.
You did your best.
You are made of the most powerful creative life force energy.
All of us are.
We are so powerful.
We are wired for love.
We are wired for miracles.
We are magical,
Bioelectric beings made of love.
And we're meant to be transforming,
Growing.
Inhale deeply.
Everything that I have shared comes from a place of loving wisdom.

And I feel called to share with us that we're not alone.
Nature is always there for us to help us blast through things.
Am I allowing nature to be more a part of my life?
Am I allowing myself to feel the support that's always there for me?

I'm looking right now at the bay and I see a dolphin.
And that doesn't happen often.
It's amazing how these recordings happen.
And I get woken up.
There's so much peace that I feel right now in myself.
And yet in the past I used to create so much drama in my life.
And I forgive myself for that.
I didn't know any better.
And I work with a lot of people that are in a lot of pain.
That sometimes we want to blame it on someone else.
Or even myself.
Let's blast through.
Let's allow a grand opening today.
Would you like that?
Would you like to overcome whatever's been too difficult?
Say yes.
I'm ready.

Yes.

And feel the connection that we all have to Mother Earth.
We're not alone.
Mother Nature's always there for us.

Lay on her more often.
Take off your shoes and be barefoot more often.
And walk on her.
She's always your friend.
Allow the sun to kiss you in the morning and feel the warmth of the sun on your face,
On your body.
And when you feel that warmth know that that causes you to secrete the love hormone from the vitamin D that the sun perfectly stimulates for us.
Isn't that beautiful?
Did you know that?
The sun causes us to secrete vitamin D,
Which causes us to secrete love hormone.
This is why I love learning about the science of love.
When you touch yourself,
You're stimulating the love hormone with a loving intention.
And sometimes we touch ourselves in certain areas and we don't feel love.
And so that's the practice to feel acceptance of whatever you're feeling.
It's from the past because we store emotions in our tissues.
If it's coming up,
It's coming out.
Feel grateful that you can feel.
Life is sometimes very messy before it gets to have those rainbows after the rain.
Sometimes there's thunder and lightning.
We feel jolted.
Come back to your breath.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale.
You're always one breath away from calm.
Be patient with yourself.
Go within more often.
Tell yourself we got this.
We got this.
And I love you.
I'm here for you.
You're my priority.
I'm choosing you.
We can only truly love another when we have processed our wounds and transformed them into wisdom.
If we're walking around with suppressed wounds,
We're going to be always projecting out that pain onto others.
It's just the way it is.
And so if you really,
Really wish to love others,
Become love with yourself.
Make it a priority.
As if your life depended on it.
Because it changes everything.
Everything.
If you're walking around with resentment,
Unprocessed,
Feeling abandoned,
Unprocessed hurts from your parents,
It will be impossible to receive the love of your partner.
It won't be possible.
Practice receiving.
Choose it.
Touch yourself with love.
Look in the mirror.
Look into your eyes.
Do that after this recording.
Just sit with yourself.
Looking at yourself.
Choosing to accept all the sensations as they come up.
You can ask a friend to sit next to you and hold space with you if you want.
Always remember we're always looking for ourselves.
We think we want the love from the other,
But we're really asking for the love from within.
Imagine what that would be like for you to walk around knowing your love.
Not needing validation from anyone.
Not needing anyone to anything so that you can be happy.
Can you imagine how empowered you would feel knowing you are love?
Knowing that you are divine?
Breathe in deeply.
And feel.
Feel yourself as powerful as that lightning.
It's a reflection of us.
Today is a day that we get to have quantum leaps.
Lightning strikes of love.
And receiving even more.
I wish that for all of us today.
