In through the nose,

In this practice ahead,
I invite you to keep the awareness in the body.
Where the awareness goes,
The breath will flow.
Noticing where you want to root from,
Is it from the heart,
Is it from the base of your spine?
Allow that to be your anchor.
When you're ready,
I'll guide you through the breath moving in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Taking your time with the exhales,
Just letting it flow.
When you're ready,
Let's begin the breath together.
If the mind wants to wander,
You bring it back to that anchor,
To the breath.
That's it.
On your next cycle of breath,
Releasing the exhale fully and pausing at the bottom.
Noticing the spaciousness and the pause.
Noticing the depth in your presence here and now.
