Sometimes the waves of the world around us take our presence and cause us to drift outside of ourselves.
This practice is a reminder to come back to shore,
Come home to yourself and reconnect with your full presence and with your heart.
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
A place with no distractions,
Just for a few minutes,
To fully surrender into this moment to potent present awareness.
I will guide you through a haloactive breath pattern,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
I will start to guide the breath pacing with you,
But you get to choose the depth,
The speed as you continue the practice,
Make this your own.
Take what you need to find that presence with the heart space,
Come back to home within through the breath.
I invite you to take one clearing full breath in and out,
Finding whatever softness you can invite through the jaw,
The shoulders,
The belly.
Sink a little bit deeper into your seat and find what you need to feel safe for the next few minutes.
And when you're ready,
Let's begin the breath together.
That's it,
Continuing that flow of the breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Washing away what you do not need in this moment with the breath and also washing within what you can take with each breath.
Continuing to let that air filter through the heart space,
Through that pure energy of the heart.
Breath by breath,
Reminding yourself to just come back,
Can you let each breath allow you to descend your presence,
Descend the breath a little bit deeper into the body,
Into that lower belly,
Expanding the ribcage,
Guiding yourself back home and taking just one more powerful inhale and fully releasing with the exhale,
Allowing the body to come back to its natural breath,
Allowing the presence of the heart to remain.
