Through her own recovery process after abdominal surgery and burnout, she has developed a mindfulness-based framework to help people improve their well-being in a holistic way. She also harnesses the power of Hypnosis and BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) for deeper and faster results. Mengjia specialises in (but not limited to) anxiety and stress reduction, pain management, healing and boosting self-confidence. Her methods include a mindfulness approach where she tailors a wellbeing programme using breathwork, yoga, meditation and sound healing. She also uses her knowledge of Chinese tea ceremony to promote conscious and mindful living. Inspired by Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MDSR), she has integrated Hypnosis into her mindful practices. This evidenced-based approach has enhanced the Mindfulness experience with therapeutic effectives, and it has brought deep and lasting transformation to many lives.
