Hi,
Thanks for joining this trust the process guided meditation with Ming Tian.
When we're speaking of trust the process,
It essentially means having faith in the journey of life.
Even when the destination is unclear or the path seems challenging,
It still encourages us to believe that things will work out in the end even if we can't see the full picture right now.
So when you feel ready,
You can find yourself in a comfortable sitting position or laying down.
Find any support that you need to make yourself comfortable.
You can pause this recording just to get everything ready.
And once you are settled down,
Let's get started with this guided meditation.
Now start by taking a deep breath in.
Just feel the fresh air going into your lungs and let it travel all the way through your body and helping you to relax even deeper.
And just noticing how that breath helps you to get much more relaxed and with every breath your heartbeat is slowing down and every movement just getting a little bit longer.
And now I want you to know that we're all on this journey of life and we're all in the middle of it,
Basically experiencing it and just living the life as it goes on.
And I know sometimes it can feel very frustrating.
It's like we're not going anywhere or we're not getting into where we wanted to go or seeing the results that we want to see.
But believe in yourself and trust it.
Trust the process because when you keep showing up,
When you keep getting the clarity on your vision and when you start taking intentional actions,
The seeds of all the things that you have planted will start to have a great harvest in the next season to come.
So take a deep breath in again and let yourself relax even more.
Just breathing out all these pieces of life that are unsettled inside of you and all these pieces that feel anxious or stressed,
Just let them all out.
With every breath you're filtering out every bit of them and just feel your body relax even deeper with every breath out.
And now also allow your face to soften and as your jaw releases,
Just drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth and take another deep breath.
Lower your shoulders,
Relax it,
Letting it get loose and limp and slowly open your chest up even more.
Just feel the air expanding and cleansing you with every inhale.
And now let yourself drop even deeper into this moment,
But still be fully aware of where you are and who you are.
And right now on your next breath in,
Inhale deeply into your entire body and anchoring yourself in the now,
Just simply accepting what is grateful and full of love.
Now I know there are things you want to accomplish,
Goals that you want to achieve.
There might also be many directions in which you want your life to move,
But just be here in this moment and trust the process and allow yourself to live in your own timeline.
You are not rushing to getting anywhere and just simply enjoying the here and now.
I know it's not always easy to see the progress,
The changes and every tiny shift that impacts the path you are constantly co-creating.
But they are all here.
They are all here moving you,
Working with you and for you.
So just keep showing up with intention,
With love and with grace and let it all unfold with time in its own special way.
And just allow everything to happen in its own timeline.
Because everyone moves at their own speed in life.
There is also no exception for you.
We are all living in a hurry,
In a hurry to get where we are going,
In a hurry to get successful,
In a hurry to get things done.
And sometimes we get depressed when things don't happen in our way and when those results are not achieved instantly.
We feel like it's a race and we are scared of being left behind.
And these are just the things that consciously got ingrained into our minds from our early existence.
But know that we don't have to accomplish all these deadlines and start living in life's vicious cycle of feeling uncomplished.
We don't have to be questioning ourselves why we are not where we wanted to be,
Where we were meant to be and we don't have to be comparing our timelines to other people's.
Now I just want you to take a moment to speak with yourself and just visualizing this version of yourself standing in front of you and just observe how it looks,
How this person looks and how this person interacts with things that's surrounding him or her.
And just allow everything to happen at his own pace.
And now take a deep breath in with this person and just allow the time to settle down.
And just synchronize the tempo with this person.
Just feel that this unique connection that you have with each other.
Just simply allow that connection to grow even stronger and as you are spiritually reaching out to each other.
Take a moment to feel that person's emotion and just notice the feelings and sensations.
And take a moment to notice how this person looks and how is everything involving around this person.
Now I will give you a moment to gently pass on all your wisdom to this person.
Or you could do it another way around,
Simply receiving the wisdom from this person,
Just however you want this communication to go.
And just let this moment start and let the time slow down.
And this is going to be a time for you only.
Now I want you to imagine that the two of you are slowly coming towards each other and you are slowly melting into one person from your body and goes into your mind and this becomes a new version of yourself.
And now bring your hand to your heart and as you lower your head,
You can silently conform to yourself,
Today I trust the process,
I allow myself to live in my own timeline.
I allow myself to root deeply in the beauty of the present moment.
I am not in a rush to go anywhere or get anywhere,
I enjoy being in the present moment.
And now if you feel ready,
You can start by adding a bit of movement into your body,
Taking a deep breath in,
Letting that air goes into every part of your body,
From the top of your head to the tip of your toes,
Just allow that wave of warmth to wake up your body and energizes with this new profound feeling that you just received.
Now I want to thank you for taking this time with me to have this little moment to check in with yourself and also to bring some compassion to yourself.
