Now let's do the work.

Start by finding a comfortable seated position,

Closing your eyes gently and taking a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind.

This meditation is aimed at overcoming self-doubt and embracing your inner strength.

Begin by acknowledging your breathing,

Letting it flow naturally as you centre your attention on each breath.

Before we begin the visualisation,

Let's practice a calming breathing technique to centre ourselves.

Start by taking a slow deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing your abdomen to expand fully.

Feel the air filling your lungs completely.

Hold the breath for a moment,

Feeling that fullness and the stillness within.

Slowly exhale through your mouth,

Releasing the breath slowly and completely.

Feel any tension leaving your body as you breathe out.

Imagine yourself in a place of tranquillity,

Surrounded by a warm comforting light.

Visualise this light enveloping you,

Radiating positivity and empowerment.

Now focus on any doubts or fears that linger within you.

Acknowledge their presence without judgement or attachment.

Breathe into these feelings,

Allowing you to feel through them.

Don't limit yourself if any emotions arise,

Sit with it,

Watch the feelings.

You must understand they are just feelings you are safe and the emotions will pass.

Shift your awareness to your heart centre.

Feel the warmth emanating from this space,

The core of your inner strength.

Recognise that you possess the power to overcome these doubts and fears.

I am capable,

I am worthy,

I am deserving of success,

I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

Picture yourself stepping into a version of yourself,

Free from self-doubt and fear.

See yourself confidently facing challenges and achieving your goals.

As this meditation comes to an end,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

With each inhale,

Envision yourself breathing in courage and strength.

With each exhale,

Release any lingering doubts.

Gradually transition back to the present moment.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,
