Hello and welcome to this guided meditation with a focus on building connection and finding love.

Congratulations on taking this time for you.

You are already taking steps towards developing a connection with others as you develop your connection with yourself.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position allowing your body to relax completely.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale release any tension or stress.

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the sensation of each inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into a state of relaxation.

Now,

Visualize yourself in a tranquil place in nature,

Surrounded by the beauty of the natural world.

Feel the peace and serenity of this environment,

Allowing it to fill you with a sense of calm.

As you continue to breathe imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Grounding you to the earth.

Feel a deep connection with the earth's energy.

Knowing that you are supported and connected to all living beings.

Now,

Visualize yourself surrounded by a circle of people who have played significant roles in your life.

Each person represents a different aspect of love and connection.

Take a moment to reflect on the love and support you have received from these individuals.

Feel their presence and imagine them radiating love and acceptance towards you.

Feel the warmth and strength of these connections,

Knowing that you are deeply loved and supported by the people in your life.

Embrace the memories of shared experiences,

Laughter and heartfelt conversations.

Now,

Visualize yourself embodying the qualities you seek in a loving relationship.

See yourself radiating love,

Compassion and understanding.

Now,

Imagine attracting a partner who shares these qualities and who cherishes the deep connection you both share.

Silently repeat the affirmation,

I am open to receiving deep and meaningful connections.

Love flows freely within and around me,

With loved ones,

Peers,

Mentors and family.

Take a few moments to bask in the energy of connection and love that surrounds you.
