Welcome to today's meditation.
We are now going to focus on our breath.
Please close your eyes when you are ready and make sure that you are in a comfortable position.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth during this meditation.
In today's meditation,
We are going to think about setting intentions for how we want to feel.
Take a few moments for yourself to pause and ask yourself,
How do I want to feel today?
Bring your attention back to your breath,
Just allowing yourself to breathe in and out slowly and deeply.
The process of setting intentions helps us to become clear about what you want and how you want to feel.
And we can trust that we can achieve this through our actions and behaviours.
When we have clear intentions,
It helps us to achieve our goal.
It is natural to have fear,
Doubt,
Worry,
Anxiety or insecurity.
However,
We can come back to trusting in the process of intention setting and just allow yourself to breathe.
We can release control over the outcome and just come back to the feeling.
When we focus on feeling good as our priority and allowing everything else to naturally unfold.
Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose.
Exhale slowly and deeply through your mouth.
Oprah Winfrey says,
In order to step into the most powerful version of yourself,
You need to have clarity of intention.
You need to know not just what you want,
But why you want it.
This is why people will often say that the why is very important for us to understand.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You can continue to meditate in your own time or you can bring your attention back to your body.

Please open your eyes and come back into the room.
