As the chakras open,
Activate,
Clear,
Cleanse,
And are renewed,
We allow the breath to become very big,
Very bright,
Full,
Deep,
And rich.
So inhale and exhale,
And bring your awareness into the center of your being,
And then gently allow this awareness to drop into your feet.
Allow your feet to be full of white,
Bright,
Brilliant cosmic energy.
Pull the energy,
Pull this brilliant white cosmic universal light energy along with your breath through your feet,
Through the legs,
And fusing your base root chakra,
Filling up the sacrum,
Up through the solar plexus,
And gently into your heart.
Inhale and exhale deeply,
Full and refined,
And move the white cosmic universal light energy through the throat,
Gracefully up through the third eye,
And to the top of the head,
The crown chakra.
There's a small opening at the top of your head.
Allow this white light to surge up and rain all over you,
Raining cosmic crystals of white light.
You are deeply connected to the earth,
And you are deeply connected to the universe.
You radiate and allow for all the lessons of your life and your existence to become a part of you,
And full awareness that you are spirit,
You are earth,
You are a perfect incarnation in this human body,
Living fully the best that you can.
Inhaling deeply,
And exhaling,
Shining your light,
Allowing yourself to be touched and to touch others,
And once again,
Feeling the white,
Brilliant cosmic universal light from the tips of your toes,
Through your body,
To the top of your head,
And gently raining over you.
