Taking a gentle inhale and a gentle exhale and as you exhale letting your body,

Letting your mind,

Letting your heart soften and relax.

Make sure you're in a place where you can completely let go,

Where your body can relax fully,

Where your mind can soften and you can activate your immune system in the most delightful,

Open,

Powerful way.

The immune system is a powerful system that needs true rest and rejuvenation.

So letting your body sink with every exhale and feeling the weight of your head as you exhale,

Feeling the weight of your spine,

Feeling the heaviness of your pelvis.

And with your next inhale and your next exhale feel your limbs heavy and dropped.

Now feeling your muscles soften,

Feel the sensitivity of your skin and the softness of your skin beginning to drop and relax and feel your cells relax,

Release any stress on a cellular level.

And as your body fully relaxes acknowledging the energy that is all around you,

Above you and below you and to your left and to your right and in front of you and behind you and letting this energy all around you also relax and release any holding.

Just let it go.

Let your breath just blow it away.

All your cares and concerns are gone and you're deeply connected to this restful state.

And now breathing and noticing your thymus gland right underneath your breastbone in the center of your chest and connecting to this part of you.

And as you exhale relax and give your thymus permission to soften and relax.

Now sense,

Visualize or imagine bright white light beginning to fill up your thymus and to energize and heal and activate,

To cleanse,

To clear and to align you with perfect health.

And now feeling into your lymph,

Your whole lymphatic system.

Feeling your lymph in your neck,

Your arms,

Your armpits,

Your groin,

Around the gut and between the lungs.

Breathing in and breathing out and giving your lymph permission to relax,

Soften and receive.

And now that your lymphatic system is in this receptive mode,

Visualizing that white light energizing,

Recharging,

Bringing light,

Healing,

Recharge.

And now connect to your bones and specifically the marrow in your bones.

Feel your bone marrow and give it permission to relax and let go.

And as your bone marrow relaxes,

You feel your whole body relaxing more and opening up.

And as you connect to your bone marrow,

Go ahead and pour white light through all of your bones,

Feeling the aliveness that is happening in your immune system through your bones,

Deeply recharging,

Strengthening,

Purifying.

And now filling your whole body now down to the cells with white light and filling up your body more and more with healing light with the intention of recharging,

Activating your immune system,

Feeling yourself getting brighter and brighter with this white light,

Not from a place of pushing but from a place of activation and receiving.

And as your body receives this white light,

Gently saying to yourself,

I am healthy.

I am whole.

I am healthy.

I am whole.

I am healthy.

I am whole.

And staying here for as long as it feels delicious to your body and to your being,

Staying here as long as the light is shining bright and as it releases and it's white light,

Feeling yourself connected to this health and this wholeness.

And so it is.
