So finding a place where you're really comfortable,
Ideally you're sitting up,
So finding a seated position that's super comfortable and where you can be quiet with yourself and find that meditative space with inside you.
So once you're situated and comfortable,
Taking another moment and getting even more comfortable,
How else can you position yourself so that you're connected and you're free of distraction?
And then from this place just drop into your body,
Get really connected to your body.
Notice how your legs are touching the ground or wherever they're your legs are touching a chair.
Just be aware of your lower part of your body,
Your feet,
Your knees,
And you're just bringing awareness to this part of you.
You're bringing awareness to your pelvis and to your hips and to your lower chakras.
And then from this awareness just go ahead and just take some breaths down into your belly,
Filling your belly up with breath.
Allow that breath to be gentle and easy but also full.
So it's a full breath that needs all of your attention,
All of your focus.
Belly goes out on the inhale,
Belly comes in on the exhale.
Staying with your breath and just noticing your torso relaxing as you breathe in and out.
Notice your shoulders relaxing.
Just be aware of your arms and your hands and your fingers and notice your whole back body.
So there's no judgment on how you're feeling,
You're just connecting.
Feeling your throat,
Feeling your neck,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Focusing inside your head,
Letting your whole frontal cortex of your brain relax and soften.
And now taking a moment with your breath,
Going in and out of your body to just notice the space above your head.
Notice how much space is above you and just imagine that you can clear and clean that space so that it's wide.
This is your connection to the divine,
Your connection to spirit.
So just clearing and cleaning anything out of this beautiful energy center above your head.
And feel what your body feels like in relationship to this space above you.
And just be here,
Be here right now with this.
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do,
Just being with yourself.
And now let's just bring your attention to the space in front of you and behind you.
Notice how much space you have in front of you and how much space you have behind you and the space you have to your left and the space you have to your right.
And feel your body in the center of the space that is all around you.
And notice how your body feels and your breath feels when you connect to the energy and the space around your body.
And now connect below you.
Feel the earth below you and connect deeply into it.
Notice how much space is below your body.
And here you are.
This body in this place in this moment in time,
Connected to your breath,
Connected to your sensations.
All mundane thoughts are slowly becoming less distinct.
They're letting go.
And if they come up,
They let they go away again.
As you focus on your breath,
You focus on your body,
You focus on the space around you.
And the intention for this meditation is to clear and clean and let go of any misunderstandings about your body and about food.
Any beliefs that are not serving you,
This meditation is serving to help you to release and let go of these beliefs.
This meditation and the intention for it is to strengthen who you are,
The core of you,
Your soul essence,
Your love,
Your joy,
Your presence,
Your light.
So calling on all the powers to be to hold space for you while you're here in this place.
And the invitation is to let all that is not serving you release and it's being released by connecting deeply into your central column.
So I want you to feel from your root chakra down at your perineum the whole way up to the top of your head and above a very strong,
Rich,
Golden light,
Like a beam of light,
Like a column of light.
And I want you to get very focused on this,
Breathing up and down this column of light.
Stay focused on this.
And if you're not able to connect to it right away,
That is okay.
Even just your attention and your intention will strengthen this.
But just stay with no concern,
But just visualizing,
Imagining,
Sensing this column of light from your root up to your crown chakra and above all the energy centers above your head.
And stay here,
Breathing up and down this golden light.
This golden light is you.
It is your perfection.
Feel it.
Sense it.
This golden light,
Golden column of light is so bright and so strong that anything that is not true and real and good and for you,
Completely gets pushed out and away from your body,
Away from your thought processes.
Stay with a column of light.
Notice what it feels like to tap into your power,
To you,
To the part of you that knows all that is good for you,
To the part of you that is divine essence.
Be with this light.
I'm here,
I'm here,
I'm here.
Radiating golden light.
The golden light gets so strong that it pours into your whole body,
Pushing out any negativity,
Pushing out any negative beliefs about your body,
About food,
About anything that is ready to let go.
It is happening here and now.
No need to think about anything that you want to let go.
Just know that by focusing on your truth,
Which is this beautiful golden light that is being taken care of,
You are being taken care of.
Golden light.
Feel it go once again from your perineum and shooting up out of your body,
Connecting deep,
Deep,
Deep and high,
High,
High into the heavens.
And stay with this for as long as you like.
Stay with this golden light.
And when you are ready to close the meditation,
And I invite you to stay with it if you are feeling it,
And it's feeling yummy and full,
Stay with yourself.
But if you're ready to close,
Go ahead and just take some gentle inhales and gentle exhales.
Still feeling this gold light,
But now just feeling yourself in connection to the room that you're sitting in.
And just acknowledging that you are renewed,
Honoring yourself for taking this journey to connect to the divine within you.
And just taking a breath or two,
Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes,
And then gently just blinking your eyes open and bringing just a little bit of light in.
Still radiating with this golden light that you are.
And then opening your eyes more and just looking around the room.
Notice that the room is the same as when you closed your eyes,
But notice that you are different.
Something has shifted.
And with a deep inhale and a deep sigh,
Just bringing in gratitude and that feeling of appreciation for all that you've let go of,
And for your willingness to show up.
Inhale and exhale.
And so it is.
