Okay,

So let's find the right place to sit or lie down and get yourself all set up for a meditation.

And as you lie down or sit,

Just asking yourself,

How can I make myself even more comfortable in this moment?

And taking the moment to do so.

And as you do this,

Just find your breath.

Meet your breath with your mind.

Meet your breath with your body.

Let your body find your breath.

And just invite your breath to go a little bit deeper inside your body.

Gently guiding it down into your lower belly.

And just feeling it move in and out.

So simple.

And as you relax your body,

And as you relax your breath,

You notice maybe places in your body that are a little tight or holding some tension.

And go ahead and just breathe into the space around this tension.

So let the tension feel like it's being supported.

So if it's in your body and a specific part of your in your muscles,

Just imagine that it's around that spot.

And it's literally being loved and supported and being reminded that it can let go.

And then notice what happens.

When you give it permission and you give it support,

Does it let go?

And breathe into that.

And continuing.

And let yourself continue.

Find another place in your body that may be holding some tension.

And breathe into the place around that body part.

And remind it that it is receiving breath.

And let it know that it is safe to relax.

That it's in a safe place.

And now just breathe into your mind.

Imagine that your breath is breathing into your thoughts.

Creating space in between your thoughts.

And in this moment in time,

There's no judgment for thinking.

There's no judgment for the mind wandering.

This is a safe place for acceptance of self.

This is a judgment-free space.

So that being said,

Go ahead and just breathe into your mind.

Breathe into the space between your thoughts.

Let your forehead soften.

And just breathe into right into the center of your head.

Right where your pineal gland lives.

And just breathing into this spot you're really connecting to.

To your highest self.

To that little voice inside of you.

And breathe now into your heart.

Deep inhale.

Deep exhale.

Releasing any tension in your heart.

Not just physical tension,

But any tension that is created through grief or sadness or trauma.

Just imagine that your breath is once again reminding your heart that it is safe to relax and let go.

Now breathing down into your lower centers.

Into your root.

Into your sacral chakra.

And breathing deeply into this place.

Waking these centers up.

Grounding you.

Rooting you.

Opening you.

Another beautiful breath into your root.

Feeling that expand.

And just reminding your lower self,

Your lower centers,

That it is safe to receive.

It is safe to embody your root and your sacral.

Now from this place of relaxation and letting go,

Ask your body,

What else can I let go of?

What else can I relax?

And then relax it.

What else doesn't need to be here right now?

And then let it go.

And now sense,

Visualize,

And imagine a big ball of golden light above your head.

About a hundred feet above your head.

And then this ball of golden light is Reiki.

It is the Reiki energy that holds the intentions for your life.

For what it is that you're calling in.

For what it is that is already present and is just waiting to be birthed.

So fill that big ball of golden light with all that it is that you're intending for yourself.

And then allow that golden light to pour down.

Filling up your whole body,

Your whole being.

Allow it to fill your head and your throat and your neck.

Golden light.

This golden light that is pouring down into your heart and into your arms,

Into your hands and your fingers,

Holds the key for all that you need.

This energy that's pouring into your heart and your solar plexus and into your belly and to your hips,

To your pelvis,

Is reminding you of your perfection,

Your beauty,

Reminding you that all that you desire and that you need is already here.

This golden light that is pouring down through your legs,

Into your ankles,

Into your feet and all ten toes,

Is igniting your power and the joy of your life.

And you're radiating this golden light.

And now I invite you to imagine a beautiful being of light,

An angel or a guide or someone that you love,

Standing in front of you,

An angel or a guide,

Someone that you trust,

To the right of you,

To the left of you,

And another being of golden light,

An angel or a guide behind you.

And these four beings have their hands out and they are pouring light,

Golden light,

Purple light,

Blue light,

Lights of diamonds and crystals.

It's pouring out of their hands,

Out of their heart,

Out of their eyes,

Pouring deep into your being.

And as you stand there receiving,

Oh goodness,

Your whole body is receiving this light from behind you,

In front of you,

From your left and from your right.

And your body releases,

And your body receives,

And your body shakes with joy,

And your body shakes letting go of anything that it does not need,

That is not serving you.

These beings of light pouring goodness,

Understanding,

Peace,

Patience,

Prosperity,

Grace,

Ease,

Love.

What other words can you call in?

Say them out loud,

Say them in your heart and receive them from this golden light that's coming from above you,

And these beings that are pouring light onto you.

And now in this moment of deep healing,

Feel the ground below you,

Holding you,

Supporting you.

The beautiful energy of Mother Earth grounding you in this moment,

Breathing in that light,

And then gently allowing those beings of light to gently float away.

Golden light above your head to finish its session with you today.

And now I invite you to stay connected to the earth and allow it to integrate this session.

Allow it to integrate and allow all that you received to pour deep into your cells,

Deep into your bones,

Deep into your astral body,

Your etheric body,

Your auric field,

All levels of your being.

It's integrating this energy right here,

Right now.

And say yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

And taking a few breaths,

A few more breaths,

Integrating this energy into your being.

Another breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

And either floating off into deep meditative space,

Falling asleep,

Or if it is time,

Gently open your eyes.
