The solar plexus,
The third chakra that governs our inner power,
Confidence,

Inhale and exhale permits the diaphragm to peacefully bring the breath in and out.
Your belly becomes as soft as a baby.
Your belly is soft as a breath comes in and out with grace and ease.
The solar plexus,
Our fire center.
Sense,
Visualize,
And imagine in your solar plexus a bright yellow ember of light,
A glowing ember of heat as bright as the sun.
And with every inhale and exhale,
This fire center starts to grow and glow,
Brighter and brighter.
And this yellow heat begins to cleanse and purify.
This bright yellow fire burns away any fear,
Burns away any stress.
Let the fire burn away any ideas of low self-esteem.
This glowing fire allows any contentment or any judgment to be burned away.
Focus deeply on this yellow fire.
Really go inside of it.
Feel the flames.
Feel the fire.
And within this fire,
Release the need for control.
Release the need for material power.
And let the fire remove anything in your solar plexus that is hindering you in any way.

This bright beautiful sunflower fills your solar plexus with confidence,
With self-esteem and with self-respect.
Breathing into that sunflower,
Opening up for empowerment,
Allowing yourself to digest any ideas and beliefs.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And noticing that that flower connects you deeper into that sense of relaxed spontaneity.
