Activating the third eye is like opening a window to the true infinite nature of your own being.

So let's begin.

By zeroing in the consciousness to that space between your two physical eyes right at your brow point.

Giving permission to the breath to calm and soothe this area.

The eyes soften,

The ears soften,

The brain begins to loosen,

And the nose becomes free.

And begin focusing on your senses of seeing and hearing.

Deeper than you ever have before,

You are tapping into your inner vision and your inner hearing.

Into that still,

Silent voice of intuition.

Concentrating on the breath and at that space between your two physical eyes.

A brilliant indigo light is being directed into your forehead center.

That brilliant purple-blue light splashes color through the brain.

Radiating,

Flooding in through your eyes.
