I know you're feeling angry right now,
So let's take two minutes to cool down and reconnect with your inner peace before responding.
You can listen to this SOS reflection wherever you find space,
At your desk or stepping away from a heated situation.
As you take a deep breath in,
Acknowledge that pausing is an act of wisdom before reacting in anger.
With each exhale,
Feel some of that heat release from your body and mind.
You can do this breathing exercise while sitting down or standing up,
Wherever feels comfortable for you right now.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Remind yourself that anger is just energy moving through.
It doesn't control who you are or how you respond.
Now bring yourself back into the present moment by focusing on how your body feels right now,
Your feet on the floor or how you're supported by whatever you're sitting in or leaning against.
You have control over how you respond.
Anger doesn't define you,
It's just passing through like any other emotion.
Beneath it all is your natural state of calm and clarity,
Waiting for space to emerge again.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
