Hello,

You're very welcome to this power up your morning breath work and meditation session.

The breath work that we'll be using this morning is an upregulating breath work,

It's gonna fire up the nervous system,

It's gonna fire up the body,

It's gonna get us primed and focused for that abundant,

Joyful,

Creative,

Beautiful day ahead of us.

I recommend that you do this practice sitting up,

You can do it in bed or you can take yourself to a chair or a stool nearby.

So let's begin,

Closing down the eyes,

Bringing our attention,

Our focus inwards,

Into the body using the breath.

Let's start by nasal breathing,

So we just breathe in through the nose and out through the nose and if your mind drifts away and gets lost in thoughts about what you need to do later or the list of things that need to be done,

Just keep coming back to that breath.

So the first breath work practice will be a double inhale through the nose and an exhale through the mouth.

So together let's breathe all the air out through the mouth and begin,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Beautiful,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Keep continuing with that double inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth,

Beautiful,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Firing up every cell in the body,

The whole body,

The energy is rising,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Beautiful,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Only a couple more to go,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Last one,

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Take a big breath in through the nose,

Hold it at the top and slowly blow out through the mouth.

Return now back to nasal breathing and just become aware,

Become aware of the energy in the hands,

The feet,

The face,

The whole body,

Just observe without judgment,

Just observe the electricity,

The energy flooding through your body right now,

It's tingling,

It's alive,

Maybe there's a half smile on your face,

You're awake,

You're alert,

You're present,

You're ready for that abundant,

Joyful,

Creative day.

So let's now take a moment to think about how you would love to feel at the end of the day when you complete those tasks,

Get that job done,

Accomplish what you need to accomplish.

So let's imagine what that would feel like,

So imagine,

Feel the feelings of joy as you breathe in,

Breathing in joy,

Smiling,

Sensing the joy in your mind and in your body and breathing out joy,

Beautiful,

Inhale joy,

Exhale joy.

On the next breath,

Let's breathe in some excitement,

Get giddy inside of yourself with the success,

The abundance,

The fulfillment that you will feel today at the end of your day,

At the end of your accomplishments,

Inhale excitement,

Exhale excitement,

Beautiful,

Allowing that excitement to rush right through you.

How would it feel to be limitless,

Breathing in limitlessness,

Inhale I am limitlessness,

Exhale,

There's no ceiling to your success,

To your joy,

To your excitement and happiness,

Inhale you are limitless,

Inhale success,

Exhale success,

Beautiful,

Breathing in to every cell,

Every muscle,

Every organ,

Every tissue,

Success,

Breathing out success,

Beautiful,

Inhale success,

Exhale success.

On your next breath,

Breathing in happiness,

Smiling as you breathe in,

Your smile is from ear to ear,

As you breathe in happiness,

Breathe out happiness through your heart,

Through your eyes,

Through your smile,

Through every cell in your body you will emanate happiness into your job,

Your family,

Your community,

Inhale happiness,

Letting go of those mantras,

Letting go of those words,

But holding on to the feelings,

The sensations,

The emotions of happiness,

Limitlessness,

Joy,

Excitement,

Success,

Holding on to those feelings and carrying those with you everywhere you go today and just remember as you breathe in,

You can sense,

Feel,

Imagine those coming into you again and igniting that fire inside of you,

That aliveness that's available in every breath,

In every moment,

Hold that experience and walk as that experience today,

Have a beautiful day,

You are deserving,

You are love,
