we will use some breathing techniques that can significantly contribute to cellular and bodily healing by optimizing oxygen intake, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation. Deep breathing, particularly diaphragmatic breathing, increases oxygen delivery to cells, supporting their function in repair, metabolism, and overall health. Breathwork can positively influence the nervous system, leading to stress reduction and improved immune function.

To this guided breath work and meditation,

Healing session.

I'm so so grateful that you're here,

Thank you.

It's so beautiful that we can spend this time together,

Exchanging love,

Kindness,

This is a two-way street,

Exchange this love and kindness with you and I receive it back.

What we put out into the world returns.

It's a resonance,

Like an echo chamber.

So let's do our best to spread love,

Kindness and compassion in all that we do.

The aim of our session today is cell,

DNA and body.

I'll now invite you to find a comfortable position,

You may want to sit or lie down,

It's totally up to you.

Whatever feels comfortable for you right now,

If that's sitting or lying down,

You choose.

This is your practice.

This is a perfect opportunity for you to practice being kind,

Gentle and compassionate to yourself,

To your body.

That's where the magic starts to happen.

When we treat ourselves like we would a young child,

An older adult or maybe even a sick person,

We too deserve to be treated with that same level of kindness and compassion.

Move any arms or legs that need to be moved,

Get as comfortable as you can right now.

I'll now invite you to gently close the eyes,

Softening those eyes.

Let's practice nasal breathing,

Closing the mouth,

Taking a breath in through the nose and exhaling through the nose.

Find a rhythm of breathing that feels comfortable for you right now,

You don't have to try too hard or force it,

Just find a rhythm that feels nice,

Just inhale,

Exhale,

Beautiful work.

Each breath that you breathe in and breathe out,

Bring a softness to the eyes,

To the face,

To the lips and jaw,

Exhale,

Let go,

Soften the throat,

The chest,

Bringing a softness on the knees right through your body.

Every muscle,

Every tissue,

Every cell in your body is becoming a little bit more relaxed,

Peaceful,

Centered,

Really,

Really safe.

Let's introduce coherent breathing,

Bring coherence into the mind and heart and body,

Coherence is union,

Balance,

Order.

So we're going to breathe in for a number count of four and exhale for the number four.

So on your next inhale,

Breathe in one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Exhale,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Beautiful,

Inhale,

One,

Four,

Exhale,

Four,

Three,

Great work,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Last one,

Inhale,

Four,

Exhale,

Four,

Three,

Inhale,

Exhale.

On your next inhale,

I'll invite you to imagine,

Feel,

See a beautiful golden light coming in through your nasal breath as you breathe in,

Feel that golden healing light in through the nose,

Into your mind,

Down onto your throat,

Chest,

Down into your heart space,

Belly,

Legs and toes,

Your whole body is illuminated with this beautiful healing,

Energizing,

Abundant light,

Inhale,

Beautiful healing light into every cell,

Every organ,

Every tissue,

Every sinew,

Capillary,

Artery of your body,

You are illuminated with this beautiful healing light,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Your body is re-energizing,

Restoring,

Resetting and recharging with this beautiful healing,

Golden light,

From the tip of your head to your toes,

You are illuminated with this healing,

Restorative,

Abundant,

Gorgeous light,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Beautiful,

Stay here for as long as you wish,

Holding on to that beautiful healing light,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Thank you so much for joining me,

Namaste,

Namaste,

Namaste.
