Let's go on a journey.
Let's go on a journey.
Together.
As love.
Let me hold your hand.
So you remember.
That you are love.
You are wholeness.
You are.
Peace.
And you are.
Safe.
You're safe.
To be you.
You are safe to be the love that you are,
You're safe.
To surrender.
And let go.
Let go.
Of what you're not.
You're not the story.
You're not your history.
In not the torns and twists and bends and hills.
Of experience that you've been through.
I'll Rhodes.
Have brought you here.
To now.
The generous present.
This is a journey.
Of love.
A journey.
Of forgiveness.
A journey of gratitude.
And apologies.
Using the sacred.
Ho Pono Pono.
Prayer.
We will.
Remember.
The relationship.
We have with ourselves,
We'll remember the sacred relationship we have with our body.
Will take this opportunity.
To apply this prayer.
To ourselves.
So for this journey,
You may want to lay down.
You may want to sit up,
That is totally up to you,
Whatever feels comfortable for you right now.
If you want to pause this audio,
Get yourself really,
Really comfortable.
This is your opportunity to apply the love,
The peace,
The joy,
The forgiveness,
The apology,
The gratitude to the Patricia body,
The Patricia history,
Stories,
Experiences.
This is an opportunity for what you are.
To show up.
In this present moment to take the reins,
To take the wheel.
So let's begin.
Let's close down the eyes gently.
Softly.
And with that awareness,
That softness and that gentle compassion.
Let's scan.
Our body,
Let's scan.
This beautiful sacred covenant that we've been traveling around the last number of decades.
If there's any parts that are calling your attention,
Any aches or pains or irritations.
Let's move that body part,
Let's move around,
Wiggle ourself into a nice,
Comfortable,
Easy position.
Stretch out.
Move the arms or legs of the body,
Or even just simply bringing a sense of ease,
Gentleness,
Acknowledgement.
And acceptance.
With that part.
Using the breath to practice that softness.
Taking a gentle breath in through the nose.
Softly bringing the air in and then with that softness just let it go.
Surrender.
Along with the breath as you breathe in and out,
Surrender.
Melt into the moment,
Into the breath,
Become one.
With the breath,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Soft and a little deeper.
Melting into the moment with the breath.
When we find ourselves distracted.
By the siren sounds of the body,
The pain.
And the irritation and the agitation.
We'll use that gentle awareness.
A kind observation to notice with impugnment as best we can.
And we'll come back to the breath game.
And again.
And again.
Beautiful.
In hell.
A gentle saw.
Soothing breath.
Exhale.
We surrender.
And let go.
Let go.
Of the belief that there's something wrong,
Let go.
The idea that there's problems,
That you're not doing it right and it needs to be a certain way.
All we gotta do is inhale.
Exhale,
Soften.
Surrender.
Beautiful work.
So let's introduce the Ho'opono prayer.
Which is just four simple but powerful healing statements.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Say those four statements inside of you,
Let the words,
Let the vibration at the frequency of all those words and statements.
Move through you.
As you say.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Keeping your attention on those statements,
Those words.
Inside of yourself.
You may want to.
Pick an area of the body.
Pick a part of the body that you would like to send those words,
Statements,
Prayer to.
Maybe it's an energy center,
Maybe it's a location in the body.
Direct your attention there.
Saying it clearly and loudly,
Authentically.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Speak into that body part.
Speak into that energy center.
Giving it the healing prayer.
Saying to your body.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Let the prayer,
Let the words,
Let those statements resonate in that body part,
In that energy center,
In that area.
As you genuinely,
Wholeheartedly,
Say.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
If you want to move.
To another part of your body.
If you want to speak to the whole body.
Aim it there,
Direct it there,
Put your attention there,
Because where we put our attention is where we put our energy.
And where energy goes.
Things grow,
Things flourish,
Things thrive.
Beautiful work,
Patricia.
Direct those prayers,
Direct those statements with what you are.
Maybe now you would like to direct that prayer.
Elsewhere,
Maybe here.
You are like a director to an experience.
To a time in your life.
Place in your life that you could apply that prayer to.
For if you knew better you would have done better.
So look back on that experience.
And say,
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Maybe it's a time in your life when you are unconscious,
You are innocent.
And now you can say,
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Maybe you see yourself now wrapping your arms around that time,
That experience,
Me speak a healing,
Loving prayer.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Let that prayer Do it's magic.
Do it's war.
Be of Cerebus.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Maybe.
Maybe there's someone in your life that would love to direct that prayer to in this moment.
Some being,
Some beautiful being in your life that you would like to say,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
As they Receive your healing,
Beautiful prayer,
Unconditionally.
As you say to them.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
As you wrap your loving arms and open heart as you hold heartedly genuinely.
And authentically say I'm sorry Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
There's no shame.
There's no blame.
There's no resentment.
There's only love,
Gratitude.
Forgiveness and acknowledgement.
Let's use this prayer now to bring them all together.
Your beautiful body,
Your sacred body.
That experience.
And that loved one.
See it all together.
See it all as one because that is you.
There is only one.
Let's say this prayer to the whole world.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
You may want to put your hands over your heart space.
Hold this beautiful sacred space in the center of your chest.
As you say to your body,
That experience in the past,
That loved one,
That being,
You say I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
You may want to bring in half smile.
An open heart.
Say I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Letting go.
Of the being that loved one let go.
Without experiencing the past.
Bring all your attention inside of this sacred,
Beautiful,
Holy,
Whole,
Wholesome body of yours.
As you say,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
And letting go.
Of the prayer letting go the statements but holding on to the experience inside of yourself right now.
Scan your body,
Scan your experience with a loving awareness.
A gentle compassionate kind awareness.
You are love.
You are peace,
You are joy,
You are safe.
Thank you.
Thank you for allowing me to hold your hand.
Let me walk with you.
This journey.
You're not alone.
Another on your own.
You're being guided.
With the unseen hands.
And the seeing hands i walk with you daily that love you,
I love you,
We love you,
You are love.
God bless you.
Stay here for as long as you need to.
And bath and bathe.
In the love.
Of what you are.
You
