Welcome to this guided breathwork and meditation session.

Our aim today is heart and brain coherence.

Thank you for joining me.

I'm so grateful that you've chose to come here and share this time together.

I really appreciate you.

Let's begin.

Find yourself a comfortable position.

You may want to sit or lie down.

It's totally up to you.

You get to decide.

This is your practice.

This is your time.

When you've found that comfortable position,

Let's close down the eyes softly.

Soften the eyes.

Soften the face.

Soften the body.

Now bring an awareness to your breath.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the nose,

If that feels comfortable for you right now.

Find a lovely rhythm with your breath,

Without trying too hard,

Without trying to speed it up or slowing it down.

Just take a breath in.

If you want to pause for a second at each point at the top and bottom,

You do so.

Scan your awareness over your body,

Starting at your head.

Noticing any thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions that may be rising.

Moving your awareness down into the body,

The neck,

Shoulders,

Chest,

Arms.

Just scanning.

Just noticing.

Any parts calling for your attention.

Maybe you might need to move them,

Loosen them out,

Stretch them out.

And then continue your awareness to the rest of the body.

Each breath is a softening to the body and to the mind.

I'll now invite you to bring an awareness to the center of your chest,

That heart space.

Beneath your sternum,

Your heart.

Each breath we breathe into that space,

Into the heart.

Inhale into our heart,

Filling up that area.

And exhaling,

Breathing out from that space.

If your mind drifts away and gets lost in thoughts,

Just smile when you've become aware.

And return back to that space.

Inhale,

We fill up our heart.

Exhale.

Think of somebody that you love.

Somebody you love dearly.

And as you breathe into that heart space,

You think of that person.

You fill your heart and mind with the love of that relationship that you have with that person.

And as you exhale,

It's inside of your mind's eye.

In that beautiful balance,

That coherence.

That union of love that you have created inside of that sacred covenant of yours.

Stay here in this position for as long as you need to.

And remember,

That coherence,

That love is available to you at any moment throughout the day.

Thank you for joining me.

I send you loads of love and kindness.

Namaste.
