Now gently close your lips and breathe through the nose,
And imagine pure white light gently
surrounding your entire body.
This light represents healing energy flowing through every cell of your body,
Eliminating
toxins and restoring balance.
As you inhale,
Visualize this healing light entering your body,
Spreading to every part
of you,
Bringing cleansing and renewal.
As the healing light permeates your body,
Become aware of any areas that hold tension,
Discomfort or negativity.
Imagine these areas as a dark,
Cloudy energy that is being released and dissolved by the
cleansing light,
One by one,
Bit by bit.
Feel a sense of pure relaxation and peace as your body begins to detoxify and letting
go.
Now shift your attention to your mind,
And imagine a beautiful garden filled with vibrant
flowers,
Lush greenery and a serene pond.
This garden symbolizes your mind,
Which is now being cleansed and detoxified.
Visualize any negative thoughts or emotions as leaves falling into the pond,
Creating
ripples that gradually fade away.
Let go of any mental clutter or stress,
Allowing your mind to become clear and still,
Much
like the calm surface of the pond.
Imagine a soft breeze gently carrying away any remaining thoughts or worries,
Leaving
you in a state of clarity and peace.
As the detoxification process continues,
Feel a sense of lightness and vitality growing
within you.
Your body and mind are being cleansed,
Refreshed and rejuvenated.
Embrace this feeling of renewal,
Knowing that you are setting the foundation for your optimal
well-being.
Take a few more moments to bask in this state of pure relaxation and detoxification.
Feel the healing light bathing your body and the clarity filling your mind.
