Welcome to our chakra series meditation,
This time we are going to go all the way up to our crown chakra,
Sahasrara,
To find a comfortable seated position,
Maybe lie down,
Close your eyes,
Take a few deep breaths,
And then exhale through your mouth,
Allowing yourself to relax,
Let go of any tension,
And then gently close your lips,
And just breathe through the nose,
Smooth deep breaths into the nose,
And out through your nose,
And now visualize a beautiful glowing violet lotus flower,
It symbolizing the vibrant energy of your crown chakra,
Hovering above the crown of your head,
As you inhale,
Imagine the lotus flower gently descending and connecting with the top of your head,
Infusing you with its divine energy,
Continue to breathe,
Breathing through the nose,
In and out,
Envision a beam of bright white light flowing down from the universe above,
Entering through the top of your head,
And filling your entire being,
Visualize this light spreading throughout your body,
Illuminating every cell and creating a sense of pure bliss and tranquility,
As the light fills you,
Feel a warm radiant energy igniting your crown chakra at the top of your head,
Allow this energy to expand and blossom,
Opening your connection to the infinite wisdom of the universe,
As you immerse yourself in this radiant energy,
Repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud,
I'm divinely connected to the universal wisdom within,
I am divinely connected to the universal wisdom within,
My crown chakra is open and fully aligned with the higher consciousness,
My crown chakra is open and fully aligned with the higher consciousness,
Now imagine a golden thread extending from the seventh chakra,
From your crown chakra,
Connecting you to the divine source,
Visualize this thread extending infinitely into the cosmos,
Creating a strong and unbreakable bond between you and the universal energy,
As you stay present in this state,
Allow any thoughts or emotions to arise without judgment and simply observe,
Observe them and let them pass,
Knowing that you are deeply connected to the divine and in perfect harmony with the universe,
You are where you're supposed to be and take a moment to express your gratitude for this connection and the wisdom it brings,
Feel the love and light flowing through you and radiating out into the world,
Now slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling the energy of your crown chakra grounding itself into your being,
Keep breathing,
Enjoy this beautiful energy running through you,
Feel the pure bliss,
Let it resonate through your whole body,
Your whole being,
