Chelsea Arganbright

Chelsea Joy is a psychology-informed wellness facilitator, author, writer, and guide with a multidisciplinary background spanning mental health, sociology, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing. She holds an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing and a BA in Sociology, bringing together evidence-based psychological understanding with a grounded, compassionate approach to healing and self-awareness. Alongside her academic training, Chelsea has completed Yoga Teacher Training, Breathwork Training, and Reiki Training, integrating nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, meditation, and emotional processing into her work. Her approach blends psychology, mindfulness, breath, and gentle somatic awareness to support people in reconnecting with themselves in a more authentic and regulated way. Chelsea is also a published author. Her broader work explores themes of identity, emotional healing, relationships, embodiment, and the human experience. She has facilitated wellness workshops, mindfulness experiences, and wellbeing practices in both private and community settings, with a focus on emotional resilience. Raised between California and Australia and now based in Europe, Chelsea brings a globally informed perspective shaped by years of travel, cultural immersion, and work across wellness, mental health, and creative spaces.
