Explore MeditationLauren is a fully qualified and experienced MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher. Apart from the MBSR training, she has completed a variety of courses teaching mindfulness to children and adults. Lauren is the founder of The Mindful Hippo company, through which she teaches MBSR and a 'Deepening Awareness' mindfulness course. She teaches participants from across the globe through her online courses. Lauren also runs information about the benefits of mindfulness for wellbeing. Originally from London, she has lived and worked in schools in the Middle East and currently works and resides in Germany. She continues to develop mindfulness awareness among the children and adults in her school, with a special interest in mindfulness for neurodivergent children.
