When your being is aligned with this home frequency, you feel at peace, on purpose, and connected with the whole. There is no sense of overtrying or rushing, no sense of should or have to—you’re in the flow of who you are. You are present, aware, and natural. Nothing is lacking. Your home frequency feels transparent, full, and whole. When you sense your home frequency, it becomes a sure guide to enable you to sense what is on track for you and what’s not. You feel when you’re on your path and when you’ve strayed. In this meditation, we’ll practice tuning in to this frequency so you can more easily recognize it and live from it. As you become familiar with and comfortable in your home frequency, a deeper felt sense of being you comes to the foreground and blossoms.

Your Home Frequency Let's begin with a simple analogy.

Imagine that the origin of the consciousness and energy that you are is the sun,

And you are a particular ray of that sun's shining.

As an individualized consciousness,

You aren't the whole sun,

But you are a ray of the sun's light.

This particular ray that you are has a home frequency,

A certain range of possibilities that are owned most to you as a unique ray of consciousness.

There's a certain felt frequency to being you.

When your being is aligned with this home frequency,

You feel at peace,

On purpose,

And connected with the whole.

There is no sense of over-trying or rushing,

No sense of should or have to.

You're in the flow of who you are.

You are present,

Aware,

And natural.

Nothing is lacking.

Your home frequency feels transparent,

Full,

And whole.

When you sense your home frequency,

It becomes a sure guide to enable you to sense what is on track for you and what's not.

You feel when you're on your path and when you've strayed.

You may feel your home frequency centered in your heart,

Or you may feel it as a more diffused energy,

Infusing and surrounding you.

However you feel it,

It's not something you have to try to feel or locate.

It's simply a natural,

Felt sense of being you.

There's no stress or strain to it.

It may just be so familiar that it feels too subtle to differentiate and tune into.

It's so close and so natural that it might feel almost like nothing at all.

So in this meditation,

We'll practice tuning in to this frequency so you can more easily recognize it and live from it.

As you become familiar with and comfortable in your home frequency,

You may notice that some thoughts and beliefs about who you think you are or who you think you should be or have to be fall away,

And that a deeper felt sense of being you comes to the foreground and blossoms.

Let's begin by sitting comfortably upright with the soles of your feet firmly on the ground.

Rest your palms cupped in your lap,

With the tips of your thumbs touching lightly in an open,

Receptive posture.

Lightly close your eyes.

Take a moment to settle in your seat,

And be present in your body.

Allow yourself to be just as you are.

Notice whatever is present in awareness.

You may notice thoughts,

Feelings,

And sensations flowing through your mind and body.

You may notice sounds in your environment.

Whatever you are aware of is part of your being,

Part of how the consciousness and energy of source is filtering through you.

So whatever is present is welcome,

Because you're just allowing yourself to be,

And noticing whatever is present in you.

You're not trying to get somewhere else,

Or be someone else,

Or have any experience other than the ones you're having.

Simply allow yourself to be just as you are.

Consider that the effect of this practice extends beyond you,

And when you fully reside in your home frequency,

It has a powerful positive effect on those around you,

And even more widely,

On all beings.

It affects our whole planet,

And throughout our collective consciousness,

And all that is.

So as you move into this practice,

Consider dedicating it to the benefit of all beings.

Now,

Let's begin to tune in more deeply into a felt sense of your home frequency by awakening interoception,

Inner sensory awareness.

First,

Feel down into the sensations of the soles of your feet contacting the ground.

Awaken sensory awareness here in your feet and your toes,

And allow them to soften and relax as if they are melting deep down into the earth.

Feel deep down into the grounded presence of the earth.

Allow the feeling of grounded presence to flow up through the soles of your feet,

Up through your shins and calves,

Your knees and thighs,

Into your hips and pelvic bowl,

Resting down in your seat.

Feel the weight of your body resting down in your seat,

Resting down on the earth.

Focus into your palms and fingers resting cupped in your lap.

Awaken sensory awareness here in your hands,

And allow your hands to soften and relax as if they are melting down into your legs.

Feel the soft openness in your hands,

Connected with the soft openness of your heart.

The center of your home frequency.

As your hands relax even more,

Allow your arms and shoulders to relax down,

Releasing any tension in your shoulders,

Neck,

And your head.

Imagine and feel as if a string is attached to the top of your head,

Drawing your spine gently upright,

Like a string of luminous pearls.

Feel your spine gently stretched,

From your perineum and tailbone,

Right up through the top of your head.

Like a stream of light flowing upwards,

From your perineum and tailbone,

Up through the core of your body,

And through the top of your head,

Opening to the vast clear sky above.

Feel the vast openness of the sky,

Opening your mind.

Now tuck your chin just slightly,

Gently lengthening the back of your neck.

Lightly close your lips and breathe in and out.

In and out through your nose.

Nasal breathing warms and purifies the air you breathe in.

It increases oxygenation,

And it's calming to your nervous system.

As you continue nasal breathing,

Rest your tongue upon the roof of your mouth.

With the tip of your tongue touching the gum line,

Behind your upper front teeth.

Soften and relax your tongue here.

Softening your tongue is another calming cue,

Which sends a relaxation signal to the vagus nerve in the center of your brain.

As you soften and relax your tongue even more,

Feel this relaxed vitality in the tip of your tongue.

Feel it traveling back along your tongue,

Back into the center of your brain.

Feel the center of your brain light up with this relaxed aliveness.

Feel this relaxed aliveness flowing down through your vagus nerve,

From the center of your brain,

Down through your neck,

Down through your heart,

Which lights up with this core frequency,

This home frequency of relaxed presence.

Feel this relaxed aliveness flowing down through your abdomen,

Relaxing,

Releasing any tension in your abdomen and lower back.

Feel this core frequency flowing up and down through your vagus nerve,

Flowing through your core,

Through the center of your brain,

The center of your heart,

And the center of your lower abdomen.

Smile as you enjoy the feeling of relaxed vitality flowing through your core and out through your whole torso,

Head,

Arms and legs.

Feel your body as a whole from the inside,

Radiating with the relaxed aliveness of your home frequency.

Now,

Focus into your heart and breathe in and out through your heart to amplify the signal here.

Feel your heart radiating pure positive energy,

Like the sun.

The energy of source flowing through you here in your heart.

Feel the light of source shining forth from your heart.

Smile as you feel the natural joy of your home frequency.

The relaxed ease that is you.

It's not an idea,

Not a concept.

It can't be described or grasped in words.

It is a subtle felt sense of alive presence,

Ease and flow.

Feel the fullness of presence as you rest in your home frequency.

Feel the joy of simply being.

Nothing is lacking.

There's nothing you need to do to be you.

You simply shine with the light of source.

Feel this light shining forth through your heart,

Illuminating your whole body,

All the way out through the pores of your skin and through the space all around.

Feel the presence of your whole field,

Including all your relationships,

Your daily routines,

Your projects and hobbies,

All the flows and movements of your life,

Illuminated by and infused with your home frequency.

Notice how your home frequency feels as it permeates your whole life.

And notice what falls away because it doesn't resonate with your home frequency.

Notice any shoulds,

Have-tos,

Any limiting ideas you were told or learned to tell yourself,

Dissolving.

Now feel from your heart outward,

Infinitely in all directions,

Through the whole field of life,

Feel how your home frequency is part of the one life we all share.

Feel everything and everyone,

Everywhere,

All at once,

The whole field of life,

Alive with the energy of source,

Illuminating all,

Shining through all.

Now feel out beyond that,

Become aware of that within which all of life arises,

Like a vast transparent background.

Without inside or outside,

Without beginning or end,

Let go and rest as that within which all that is arises,

Vast spaciousness.

Now feel the whole field of life,

Arising in its vastness.

Feel the subtle frequency of life,

The universal home,

Vibrating the luminous fabric of space,

Time,

And all forms of life into being.

Feel your heart as a node in this luminous network of life,

Pulsing with your home frequency,

Creating the field of your life all around.

You are a being of light,

An open space where the light of source shines through.

Feel your body as a whole from the inside,

And notice how it feels to be you,

Naturally,

Effortlessly.

Record the feeling of your home frequency deeply in every cell.

Really soak it in.

Let it saturate your being so you remember who you are and bring that with you wherever you go.

You are a being of light,

A source of light to everyone you meet,

Supporting others to shine as the ray of light they are,

Knowing all beings as the light of source.

Slowly open your eyes and feel your home frequency within and all around.

Sense what resonates with your home frequency,

What lights up each moment,

And let that be your guide.
