Good morning beautiful soul.

I'm Kelly Austin and I'm honored to be your guide on this rise and shine meditation.

This is your sacred time and space so find a comfortable position and gently settle in.

Taking a few deep cleansing breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Exhaling and emptying.

Just letting go of any dreams you may have had.

Just for now,

Letting go of any to-do lists and dropping in to your inner sanctuary.

As you adjust and find your inner stillness,

That quiet place within you that's always here and begin to ground yourself into the earth that holds you.

Imagining your roots going deep into the earth.

As you visualize yourself strong and rooted like a tree.

Stretching and expanding your branches.

Reaching towards the sun and drinking in the sun into your being.

As the light pours into every cell.

As you feel lighter and lighter and more radiant.

As this warm and loving energy envelops you.

Blessing and supporting you As you move through your day.

As it brings you a sense of inner calm and clarity and confidence.

As you take a moment to set your intention for the day.

As the sun shines its light brightly on this intention.

As you welcome this new day with an open heart and a clear mind.

As you affirm that you are aligned with the natural rhythm of your body and your soul.

As you ground in trust to the ever-upcoming and ever-unfolding of your path.

As you choose to see today as a blessing and a beautiful opportunity for your growth and expansion.

Knowing that you are capable and ready to embrace whatever the day may bring.

As you are filled with self-compassion.

Ready to honor your needs and follow your inner voice.

As you prepare to move into your day.

Knowing that this inner light is traveling with you every step of the way.

And wherever you go,

It will surround you.

Illuminating your path.

Taking one final deep breath.

Inhaling inner peace and exhaling gratitude for the day.

As you gently begin to come back.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Taking a moment to honor yourself for creating this time and space.

You are whole.

You are worthy.

You are loved.
