Welcome to your daily meditation.

I'm Kelly Austin and I'm honored to be your guide on this gratitude meditation.

So find a comfortable position,

Settle in,

Close your eyes and calling in the energy of gratitude as this energy fills the air.

And if you want,

You can give it a color and watch it swirl around you as you begin to breathe it in.

Gratitude is the air that you breathe as you watch it swirling through your entire body as every cell drinks it in.

And anchoring this gratitude deeper and deeper into your body.

Feeling gratitude for this body that's gotten you this far through your life.

Gratitude that your heart simply beats for you.

And you don't need to do anything.

Gratitude for your lungs and your breath.

How they simply breathe for you.

As you feel this gratitude,

Not as a thought,

But as sensation.

And I want you to bring your awareness to yourself.

What are three things that are easy to love about you that you're grateful for?

And what are three things that are more neutral about yourself that you can feel grateful for?

And what are three things that at this moment you might feel are the more challenging parts of yourself?

Seeing if you can bring gratitude to those parts.

And now bringing your attention to the external world.

And what are three things in people,

Places,

Spaces,

Nature that are easy to love and be grateful for?

What are three things that are more neutral that you can feel gratitude for in this moment?

And what are three things in the external world that might feel more challenging to love?

Finding gratitude for them.

Finding gratitude for your growth,

For the lessons life has brought you.

Gratitude for who you are.

I am grateful for you.

And whenever you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes and come back.

Thank you for welcoming me into your practice today.

You are whole.

And you are loved.
