Welcome to your daily meditation.

I'm Kelly Austin and I'm honored to be your guide on this anxiety relief meditation.

So find a comfortable position and let's begin by taking some deep cleansing breaths together.

Slowly breathing in through the nose and slowly exhaling through the mouth.

As we welcome this anxiety that's present together,

Acknowledging that it's here for a reason for you and you're not here to push it away,

But you're here to feel and to listen.

Beginning to notice where you feel this anxiety in your body.

What are the sensations?

And imagine pulling this energy out as it's its own energy being so you can dialogue with it.

And just noticing without judgment how you're feeling towards this energy and how it's impacting you.

And now getting curious like a friend asking why are you here for me anxiety?

What is your story?

How long have you been with me?

How old do you see me as?

And what would you need from me to know that I am safe?

As you give yourself exactly what it's needing.

Noticing if this energy begin to transform at all.

Now that it's been witnessed and heard.

Acknowledged and loved.

And you can thank this anxiety for trying to protect you while letting it know that you're an adult now and have the capacity to support,

Love,

And protect yourself.

And if it feels ready you can welcome this energy back home to your body.

Noticing how you feel in your body now compared to when we started together.

As you breathe safety into your body and your body feels lighter because you trust yourself.

That you have the capacity to handle whatever comes your way.

That you have you.

As you gently come back whenever you're ready wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Open your eyes.

Thank you for welcoming me into your practice today.

You are safe.

You are whole.

You are loved.
