Welcome to your daily meditation.
I'm Kelly Austin and I'm honored to be your guide on this self-love meditation.
Find a comfortable position,
Gently close your eyes,
And begin taking a few slow,
Deep cleansing breaths,
Breathing in through your nose,
And exhaling through your mouth.
Imagine that you're standing on top of a beautiful golden spiral staircase.
As you see yourself walking down each step,
Five,
Four,
Your body relaxes with each downward step,
Three,
Two,
Feeling at peace and ease,
And one,
Gracefully reaching the bottom,
Where you find yourself in the most beautiful place in nature,
Taking a moment to breathe that in,
Taking in the sights,
The sounds,
The textures,
And how you feel in this place,
That your most loving self is here waiting for you.
As you see her in the distance,
She begins to move gracefully towards you,
And as you really take her in,
What does she look like?
What is she wearing?
How does she move?
How is her energy?
And what are her emotional states?
She looks you deep in your eyes.
What guidance does she have for you today?
What does she wish for you to know about yourself and how lovable you are?
And taking a moment to really receive her presence and her love,
As you embrace in a loving hug,
And you remember that she is you,
And you become one,
And you can give yourself a gesture right now by maybe giving yourself a hug,
Knowing how lovable you are just for being you,
And you remember that you are love.
As you're ready to bring that love back up the golden staircase,
Five,
Feeling at peace,
Four,
Self-assured,
Three,
Knowing who you are,
Two,
Filled with your own love,
And one,
Awake and feeling wonderful all over.
