Welcome to your daily meditation,

I'm Kelly Austin,

And I'm honored to be your guide on this inner confidence meditation.

Let's reclaim our inherent self-worth together.

I want you to imagine standing on the top of a beautiful golden spiral staircase.

As you see yourself walking down each step,

Walking down with ease,

Feeling peace in your body,

And 1,

Reaching the bottom,

And as you reach the bottom,

You walk into the most beautiful and sacred space,

A place where you know exactly who you are,

Filled with inner confidence.

How do you move in this space?

You are safe to be seen here,

To take up space,

To use your voice,

To trust your body and your inner knowings,

To follow your creativity and your passions.

You glow here,

As the truth and essence of who you are,

And it feels so good to be you.

It is safe for you to shine.

It feels so beautiful being in your own energy.

Your presence radiates love.

You are deeply worthy and lovable,

Just for being yourself.

It feels so good to be in your body.

Your unique expressions deeply matter.

You are proud of who you are and all you've overcome.

You believe in yourself and your dreams.

You trust your intuition.

You own that you are a powerful creatrix.

You gracefully step into your highest potential of who you are.

You treat yourself with compassion because you know you are deeply worthy.

You respect yourself and feel secure in who you are.

Your joy matters.

And you are open to receiving all of the love you know you deserve.

As you feel all of these statements as truth in your body,
