Welcome beautiful soul,

I'm Kelly Austin and I'm honored to be your guide on this nervous system restoration meditation.

This is your sacred time and space,

So find a comfortable position and gently settle in.

As we begin by taking a few deep breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and exhaling on your mouth,

Breathing in through your nose and exhaling.

And I want you to locate any tension that you might find in your body and just breathe love into those spaces.

Noticing any areas that may feel heavy or tense or just asking for your attention.

As you breathe love into those spaces,

As you begin to relax every muscle and every cell of your body,

Relaxing your brow,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relaxing your neck and your shoulders,

Releasing anything you're carrying as your shoulders melt into the surface that holds you,

Relaxing your arms,

Relaxing your hands,

And any grip on life.

As your chest begins to relax and open,

As you relax your belly,

Allowing it to rise and fall naturally,

Relaxing your hips and your thighs and your knees and your feet that have carried you so far this life.

As your entire body begins to melt into the surface that holds you and you remember that underneath you are being held by Mother Earth.

As you sink deeper and deeper into her embrace and allowing her to hold you,

Breathing out any resistance,

Allowing yourself to be held,

Feeling the loving embrace and the steady support and as your body trusts that you are safe and you realize that you're in the most beautiful place in nature,

This is your sacred space where you're deeply welcomed,

Loved and cherished,

And you begin to match the pace of your heart to the beat of the Earth.

As you allow Mother Earth to restore your nervous system,

As you feel your energy sinking with the pace and calming rhythm of the Earth,

As your body gently rocks and you tune into your senses,

Seeing all the beauty that surrounds you,

And you hear the sounds of nature,

Maybe it's a beautiful bird song or lapping waves,

As you run your hands feeling maybe the softness of flowers,

The coolness of a breeze,

The warmth of sunlight,

As you smell the fresh earthly air,

Maybe it's the scent of pine or a salty sea,

As you can taste the sweetness and hear your body and nervous system can deeply relax and rejuvenate every cell and your mind is clear to receive any messages from Mother Earth.

Your body may have for you on how you can support it deeper in your daily life,

As you honor yourself and your body by listening to its messages,

And you carry forth this rhythm that's grounding,

Taking a deep breath,

Anchoring it in,

Carrying forth this inner balance,

Knowing that you are always supported and held,

That you are safe,

You are whole,

You are worthy and deeply loved,

And whenever you're ready you can gently come back,

Giving your body a hug.
