Welcome beautiful soul.

I'm Kelly Austin and I'm honored to be your guide on this emotional transformation meditation.

This is your sacred time and space,

So find a comfortable position and gently settle in.

Taking a few deep cleansing breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and exhaling.

As you take a moment to tune inwards and check in with any emotion that may be present and longing for your attention.

As you notice where you're feeling this in your body,

As you become familiar with the sensations,

The texture,

The colors,

And I want you to find all of that energy,

All of that emotion that's been living in your body and just for now,

Taking it outside of your body as it simply floats in front of you so it can be witnessed,

Seen,

And heard.

As you begin to sense and visualize this energy,

Noticing how vivid it is,

How big or small,

And if it's shifting into a certain shape or form,

Image,

Or person that maybe you're familiar with or maybe not with complete non-judgment,

Simply allowing whatever wants to come forward and making sure to check in with yourself on how you're feeling,

Simply observing the impact this energy has had on your mind,

On your life,

On your body,

On your mind,

And inviting you to befriend this energy,

To welcome it.

And you may ask,

What's your story?

Why are you here for me?

Taking some moments to deeply listen.

What are you wanting me to feel,

To know,

To express?

What are your concerns,

And what are your longings and desires?

Just notice these loving intentions that it has for you as you let this energy know that you hear it and that you're listening.

As you also ask,

How long has this energy been with you,

Living in your body?

And what is it needing from you to build this relationship together with more trust and inner harmony?

And can you give whatever it's needing to this energy,

Visually,

Energetically,

Emotionally,

Emotionally?

Meeting this energy's needs,

And sending it so much love.

And now noticing if this energy begins to transform or shift.

If the images change,

The energy,

The texture,

The colors,

The size.

And allowing this energy,

Now that it's been seen and heard,

Acknowledged and loved,

Back into your body,

Back into your heart,

Welcoming it home.

And noticing how your body feels now compared to when we started together.

And breathing love into that space.

Allowing this love to radiate through your whole body.

As you feel lighter,

Taking a moment to honor yourself.

You are worthy,

You are whole,

And you are deeply loved.

Thank you for welcoming me in your practice today.

My knowledge/experience, with meditation is pretty much zero (I'm just staring out), but now being retired, and having gone through most of my life facing various challenges (I'm amazed that still alive, lol), this meditation by Kelly, is really helpful, because It feels that Kelly's right there, in front of me, encouraging me to get in touch with my emotions; both present, and past.
