Find a comfortable position.
And when you're ready.
Gently close your eyes or softly lower your gaze.
Together,
Let's take a grounding breath in.
And exhale.
Another deep intentional breath in through your nose.
And release,
Exhaling through your mouth.
One more deep breath in.
And release.
My friend,
Welcome to this space Welcome to this moment.
As you sit here.
Simply being.
I invite you to turn inward.
And listen.
At first,
Your mind may sound busy.
It may start jumping from task to task or your to-do lists.
But as you sit,
And gently release all of those busy thoughts Slowly but surely your inner voice will get louder and louder If you'd like,
You can support your inner voice a bit by asking it a question.
Maybe ask,
What do I need?
Or how am I feeling?
Or what should I do?
What's it with that question?
And instead of mentally trying to answer it.
That your heart speak up.
Give it space to respond.
Give it permission to be loud.
Deep breath in,
Inviting internal wisdom.
And exhale releasing noise and external chatter as you move about your day remember your inner voice is always speaking to you it just takes a moment of silence and sometimes stillness to hear what it has to say.
Honour what you heard today.
And try to move forward appropriately guided.
By that inner voice,
The inner wisdom,
Your heart center,
Your intuition Lock in this intention with another deep breath.
And exhale any doubt.
My friend when you're ready to move into the rest of your day Slowly begin wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Give yourself a nice big stretch.
When you're ready.
Slowly open your eyes.
I see you.
I love you.
